Catch and Release Part Two: Naomi Reads the Rules, And In a Fit of Petulence Gets Herself Into the Worst Possible Situation

Note about Tags: I've tagged this "incest" because it involves sexualized punishments within a family, but to be clear, in THIS part of the series, no sex occurs between the family members. I've also tagged it "masochism" because in the series as a whole, Naomi proves to definitely be a masochist, but in THIS part of the series, she's too busy feeling mortified and terrified to show any awareness that the events depicted are indeed exciting her in a masochistic way.

“Have a seat,” said her mom as Naomi entered from the hall. Naomi’s mind was numb as she approached the table her parents were seated at. She couldn’t take her eye off of the sheaf of paper placed in front of the seat she was to take. And the pen next to it.

She sat slowly, easing her pained behind onto the chair. Mom reached over the table and handed her a bottle of water. Naomi felt an aggravated sense of gratitude as she took it and then and there, chugged it down.

The top page of the sheaf was mostly blank, except for the words in the very center: “Rules for Permanent Punishment,” followed by the current month and year, June 2020.

Her dad spoke. “We drew this up a few days ago, when we began to suspect what you were doing.”

Naomi began to protest, “I didn’t, it wasn’t, I was just…”

As they stared at her knowingly, she trailed off.

“Before today, spanking was our main method of discipline for you. Now we know, you have been using us to… gratify yourself.”

Practically fully clothed she nevertheless felt naked as he said that, and began tearing up out of embarrassment.

“So we’ve decided on a few changes. We’re not going to stop spanking you—how will your body really know how bad you’ve been if we don’t hurt it? So instead, starting today, your spankings are going to start hurting a lot more.”

“A LOT more” her mom interjected. Naomi was looking away but could hear the smile in her mother’s voice.

She continued: “And we’re going to turn your attempts to control your response to spankings, against you. You thought you had control, but we’re taking that control away from you.”

“I don’t understand,” Naomi squeaked.

“Nay, we are taking control of your orgasms.”

“How… how can you…”

“I think it’s time you start reading and signing.”

Naomi’s gaze returned to the papers in front of her. Again she read the title. “Rules for Permanent Punishment.” Naomi was terrified.

Dad said, “Go on.”

Naomi was frozen.

Mom said, quietly, “That’s an order.”

The words got through to her. She moved her cold hand to the first page, and turned it over to reveal the text beneath. She began reading, but her state of mind was such that she barely comprehended the words.

Her dad interrupted after a moment. “Just like last time. Read it out loud. Clearly, back straight.”

Naomi took a deep breath, straightened up, and with a shuddering sob began reading the words her parents had written.

PREAMBLE

I Naomi Ferguson understand that this document is not a contract but a command. My signing of this document signals understanding, not agreement. I understand that my agreement is not relevant and my signature is not required for the enactment of these rules and punishments.

I understand that the purpose of punishment is pain, humiliation and loss of control, but up until the signing of this document I have used the pain of punishment to fuel control over my body’s experience of pleasure---

Naomi was trying to read clearly but at this talk of “my body’s pleasure,” written by her parents and forced out of her mouth, her voice wound up into a squeak and trailed off into tears.

Her dad stood up and said quietly, “That’s ten swats Naomi.”

She made no protest, knowing things could only get worse. She stood up, moved her chair aside and put her hands on the table.

He lifted his shirt that she was wearing up over her bottom, revealing her underwear-clad butt to him. He tugged a little at the underwear. “We’re going to talk about these later,” he said.

Carefully, Naomi asked, “Wh… why?”

His reply was “You’ll see,” and then he began.

As he applied the belt she suffered through the ten blows to her already bruised legs and butt in strained silence, concentrating on the idea that she needed to read the rest of the document – all eight or nine pages of it – perfectly. Only after the tenth did she allow herself to obscenely move her ass around helplessly in an attempt to relieve the pain. And as her dad sat back down, so did she, and she continued reading:

RULES

I Naomi Ferguson will commit the following list of rules to memory and follow them without fail.

I understand that where some of these rules are accompanied by an assigned number of “PP” this denotes a number of assigned Punishment Points. The given number of points will be earned for the first infraction of that rule that day. Any subsequent infraction of that rule on that day will triple the number of points earned for that rule so far that day. The spending of Punishment Points by my parents will be described in a separate section below.

All bolded terms in these rules are explained in the subsequent glossary.

1.       COMPLIANCE: A.      I will comply with any order issued by my mother or father, immediately

     A.      I will comply with any order issued by my mother or father, immediately (10PP).

     B.      If compliance is not immediate, the parent will say “That’s an order.”

     C.      If I remain noncompliant after a parent says “That’s an order,” I will be considered insubordinate and my parents will count out five seconds.

     D.      If I remain insubordinate for more than five seconds, this will be considered irredeemable.

     E.       I will not at any time complain about, or in any way mention, the unfairness of any rule or order issued by my parents, no matter how manifest that unfairness (50PP).

2.       CLOTHING:

     A.      At home, I will wear punishment-ready clothing at all times (20PP). (She began to have a dim, frightened idea of what that meant, and why her dad had remarked on her underwear.)

     B.      I will choose my clothing each day. Once I have worn an article of clothing on one day, I will not wear it on any future day until all my other articles have been chosen (100PP).

     C.      When at school I will wear a school uniform as prescribed in the student code, with the exception that, aside from shoes, I will wear only one layer of clothing (20PP).

     D.      When neither at school or at home, I will wear clothing as determined by my mother or father on a case by case basis (20PP).

3.       CHORES:

     A.      I will ensure each day that each item in the house is in its proper place and each surface is free of any visible or palpable dirt in all rooms besides the basement and my parents’ bedroom. (10PP per item out of place; 10PP per square inch per patch of visible dirt, rounded up.)

     B.      I will ensure each week that the lawn is mowed neatly and plants trimmed appropriately. (10PP per square foot of grass visibly taller than average, rounded up; 10PP per plant per inch too short or too long, rounded up).

     C.      Prior to cleaning or yardwork, I will ask a parent to provide clamps to attach to my nipples (100PP). (Her throat did catch at this unprecedented promise to hurt some of her most intimate parts, but she recovered quickly the numbness required for reading without punishment and resumed.)

     D.      If clamps are provided, I will not remove them until a parent verifies the work is complete. (100PP).

4.       SCHOOL:

     A.      I will maintain a 4.0 GPA.

           i.      For each assignment: (A-: 10PP. B+: 30PP. B: 90PP. B-: 270PP. Any C: 500PP. Any D or F: 1500PP.)

           ii.      Term grades: assigned same number of PP as above, with these PP applied every day of the following term.

           iii.      Final grades: assigned PP as above, with these PP applied every day of the following year.

     B.      I will maintain a clean school disciplinary record. For any punishment issued by my school, each of my parents will also carry out an equivalent punishment at home. This includes punishments issued at school as a result of my compliance with clothing rule 2C above.

     C.      It is manifestly unfair for my parents to punish me for breaking a school dress code rule they ordered me to break, but I will not in any way express that unfairness, per compliance rule 1D.

5.       MY BODY’S PLEASURE:

     A.      I will not masturbate unless ordered to do so by my mother or father. (1000PP assigned the day of the infraction, 900PP assigned the next day, 800 the next, and so on.)

     B.      All masturbation will take place in full view of at least one parent. (Here she did stare briefly at her parents, her mouth agape. As their eyes widened at this sign of impending failure, she quickly read on.)

     C.      Masturbation will typically be ordered only following a punishment session.

     D.      Masturbation Procedure: (Her voice went weak on this phrase, but remained audible.)

          i.      I will be required to masturbate in a manner of my parents’ choosing for a number of minutes before I may orgasm.

          ii.      Once that number of minutes has passed, I will be required to orgasm within another specified number of minutes.

          iii.      Orgasming at any time outside such an interval will be considered irredeemable.

          iv.      Failure to orgasm within this interval will incur a count of insubordination for the next day.

“Mom, Dad, you can’t!” she protested, blubbering.

Mom took her hand and held it gently. “Look at me, Nay,” she said.

Nay looked up at her.

“We told you to read, and you stopped. That’s the second time you stopped. You’ll see why in a moment, but that means thirty points.”

Naomi foolishly shook her head in protest.

“And telling us we can’t—my most charitable interpretation is you’re saying this is unfair. That’s fifty points, for a total of eighty.”

“Please!” Naomi now yelled in a panic. “This is—”

Her dad interrupted her before she could dig deeper. “And we already had to tell you ‘that’s an order’ once for noncompliance, so you’re close to being insubordinate, which you do not want. And you’re wearing underwear, which is not allowed as you’ll see—”

Naomi interrupted “I DIDN’T KNOW THE RULE WHEN I PUT THOSE ON I HAVEN’T EVEN READ IT YET”

Dad continued, “Well, now you’re saying it’s unfair again, so we have to triple those points, for a hundred and fifty instead of fifty. Anyway we told you to put my shirt on, and didn’t say you could put anything else on, so you didn’t have to know the rule yet. You’re up to a hundred and eighty, plus the underwear violation which is twenty points, so a total of two hundred.”

Naomi now felt fury. “I’m wearing a fucking bra too, so what are you going to do about that?” With that she ripped open the top buttons of her shirt (they were snaps), revealing her bra to them.

“That’s the second infraction, which triples the twenty points to sixty, so you are currently at two hundred forty punishment points and we’re about to declare you insubordinate if you aren’t careful. Read on if you want to find out exactly what that means.”

Naomi’s rage continued, but she breathed hard. She’d been in a similar position with them before, and knew her only hope was to get a hold of herself, breathe deep, and keep reading.

6.       MONITORING:

     A.      I will wear a watch supplied to me by my mother and father, which will notify their phones if my heartbeat goes above 105 beats per minute.

     B.      If my heartbeat goes above 105 beats per minute it will be presumed I was masturbating at that time unless I prove myself innocent beyond doubt.

     C.      If I am not wearing the watch at any time or it is not functioning at any time, I will be presumed to have masturbated every fifteen minutes (rounded up) during that time unless I prove myself innocent beyond doubt.

     D.      If I am found guilty of unpermitted masturbation three times over any time period, it will be presumed I had an orgasm as well. This presumption cannot be rebutted. (Fury and hopelessness intensified, but she knew simply to keep going.)

7.       MINDFULNESS:

     A.      I will post these rules and the accompanying punishment schedule prominently in my room on the day I first read them. Failure to do so or to keep them posted permanently is irredeemable (So… no friends would ever be coming over ever again clearly.)

     B.      I will memorize this list of seven rules, including each subrule, and recite it on demand (10PP per error). (Was that even possible? She would worry about it later.)

     C.      Once per week I will record myself, topless, with my face and chest fully visible, reciting these rules clearly and with a cheerful demeanor. I will provide this recording to my parents. (Each day for seven days after the recording: 10PP per error, 250PP for failure to be visibly topless, 250PP for failure to behave cheerfully, 10,000PP for failure to provide recording.) (She got through reading this by taking careful, measured breaths between each clause to prevent a complete breakdown.)

     D.      Until I can recite the rules perfectly I will wear nipple clamps during recitation. (500PP each day for seven days.)

     E.       I will accurately calculate punishments according to the punishment schedule, from memory, on demand (10PP per 1PP of inaccuracy).

“Stop there,” said her mom. “Do you have any questions.”

A long pause as Naomi flushed with embarrassment, anger, and fear.

Finally, a shaky, “Nn—nn—nooo.”

“Okay, drink some water.”

Naomi did so.

“Now keep reading.”

With relief Naomi realized she was more than halfway through. But she also knew that in a way, the worst was coming, as the rest of the document would surely involve describing the actual punishments she would be suffering over the next eighteen months or so.

GLOSSARY

Orgasm: A sexual climax reached via stimulation of erogenous zones. My parents will judge whether I have had an orgasm based on factors such as: self report, intensity of muscle contraction, assessment of my honesty, experience of viewing my past orgasms, especially those experienced under threat of punishment for having an orgasm.

Punishment-Ready Clothing: An outfit consisting of a maximum of two articles of clothing, in a maximum of one layer, with each of the two articles able to be removed in a single smooth motion.

Status: Insubordinate: If I am declared insubordinate, all punishment points earned for that day (prior to and after the declaration) will be tripled. If I am declared insubordinate again that day, points will be tripled again, and so on. (So if her parents did follow through on the threat to call her insubordinate right now, she’d be at seven hundred twenty ‘punishment points’ whatever terrifying thing that might mean.)

Status: Irredeemable: If I am declared irredeemable, my parents will restrain me for a twenty four hour period during which they will freely hit me anywhere on my body that day at any time, with any implement, at their pleasure, regardless of my behavior. I will receive sufficient water for my body’s needs during that 24 hours, and three bathroom breaks of 15 minutes each, but will be permitted no food.

“Mom. Dad. What in the actual fuuuuuuuucck” she wept.

Her mom sighed. “We’re going to call it. You are being insubordinate.”

“Noooooooo! I’m sorry I’m sorry!”

“Be careful, that almost sounds like protesting unfairness. That would be triple the 150 you’re already at so 450…”

“Don’t forget honey,” said her dad.” Triple the 150, but then triple THAT due to insubordination, so more like 1350…”

“Oh, heh, yeah, it would be 1350 points,” agreed her mom. “In addition to the 720 you’ve already earned. So… be careful.”

Her dad continued while Naomi kept crying, “We don’t expect you to be irredeemable all that often. Just obey and don’t orgasm without permission and you should be safe.”

Naomi, appalled at what she was hearing and at her own cowardice in her present response, simply nodded while her cries died to sobs. She sniffled, “Okay,” and started looking at the papers in front of her again.

PUNISHMENT PROCESSES

Punishment Points: Infractions of the rules will result in my earning punishment points. During a punishment session, BOTH of my parents will spend ALL the points I have earned for that session according to the following tables. (This means if I have earned 100 points, EACH parent will spend 100 points and I will therefore receive 200 points worth of punishment.) . Punishments will consist of spankings to my bare skin.

Punishment Adjustments:

     A.      If I move substantially from my position while being punished, my parents have the right to discount any number of swats I have received by that point, up to and including starting over from the beginning.

     B.      I may at any point during a punishment request that I be physically restrained so that I cannot move out of position. If that is granted, the punishment will start over and be multiplied by 1.5.

     C.      My parents may offer to spank me on my vulva or my anal sphincter (She almost gagged in disgust and terror at reading these words, but she was determined to get through without adding any further punishment points to her total) using the belt strap or belt buckle, for 100 points per swat. (So 300 per swat with strap, 600 per swat with buckle.) If I refuse the offer, the punishment will continue as it was, with the remaining total points multiplied by 1.5. My parents will never hit my vulva or anal sphincter without my permission UNLESS the punishment session is a 24 hour punishment for being irredeemable. .

     D.      During all punishments, my parents will be free to apply unlimited pinching (by finger or instrument) of any part of my body excluding labia and clitoris, as they see fit.

Punishment Session Types:

     A.      SCHEDULED: I will be punished daily at 10PM, receiving punishments according to the number of points earned that day. If my parents choose for any reason not to apply my scheduled punishment for a day, the punishment points that were to be spent during that scheduled punishment will instead be applied on the next day’s scheduled punishment, with an addition of ten percent of those delayed punishment points.

     B.      SPONTANEOUS: My parents may sometimes punish me spontaneously for infractions as they happen, following the punishment point tables contained in this document. This WILL NOT discount those infractions’ contribution to my point total for the scheduled 10PM punishment.

     C.      EXPERIMENTAL : From time to time, Experimental punishment sessions will serve to establish forms of punishment beyond those described above, whether that be additional instruments, additional areas of my body, or punishment forms other than spanking. Following these sessions, this document will be amended. After any experimental punishment session, I will be permitted an eight hour recovery period during which I will only be required to follow rules 1 (Compliance) and 2 (Clothing). I will be free to masturbate and orgasm at will during that eight hours, but must invite my parents to watch.

“Alright,” said her mom, pausing as though to consider what to do next. “It’s a little past 10PM. We have seven hundred twenty punishment points to take care of now.”

Naomi cried yet again. “Can we please… please wait until tomorrow? My bottom hurts so much already.”

Dad said, “Well, as you know from what you just read, we can hit you in all kinds of other places. You want it to go fast?”

“Yes,” said Naomi.

“Well…” Dad raised his eyebrow at mom. “We could try out adjustment C tonight, we weren’t expecting to do that so soon but, I’m curious what you would say to that Naomi.”

Adjustment C—they would hit her vagina or her butthole for a ton of points. It would go by fast, but what kind of incredible pain would it put her in?

But she was still in a bit of a self destructive rage. And it would go by fast.

“Fuck. Fucking fine,” she said, immediately regretting it.

“Okay!” said her mom cheerfully. “I guess it’s time for you to get naked, lay on your back, and spread your legs sweetie!”

Naomi did not pass out, but for just a moment, the world did go black as she processed what she’d gotten herself into.
