In case you're wondering at the absence of Mr. Winston, Assistant Director of Operations East, rest assured he is well. Unfortunately, his Department hasn't reached quota for two months.

Because of this, he has been sent to our Motivational Camp for re-education. Located deep in the Rocky Mountains amid idyllic scenery where no one can hear the scream,,, I mean, disturb our guests! Mr. Winston will attend daily re-education classes held by our trained staff under the guidance of Mistress Beatrix.

At night he'll enjoy the luxurious sleeping facilities offered.

We hope he'll return in a month...
