Chapter 3 of 19
After the initial small talk, the meeting got underway. “As you all know we have evolved some company values and rules over the last 18 months in regards to equality of outcum”, Elke opened. Klaus shifted nervously feeling everyone's gaze and expectations and for a moment Elke thought he might stand up and leave. “It occurred to me that although we all agreed on the principle we never really put in place a formal procedure for achieving our goals.” Klaus looked even more agitated. It was time to play to the script Dave devised after analysing Klause's browser history. “To be clear we need rules”. She deliberately placed the emphasis on the last word observing Klaus from the corner of her eye. “Rules, in this case, specifically applying to me”. There was definitely a change in the Klause's posture. Looking to Dave for encouragement she continued after a small almost imperceptible nod from him: “As it is my goal to ensure everyone cum’s equally in the company”. She paused. It was never her goal. How did Dave convince them to subtly change the text from a simple organisational “understanding” to a goal? Did it have something to do with the “relaxation exercises” he made them all do before the meeting or was this something specifically meant for Klause's subconscious? Why, O why was she going along with this?
“To help me achieve my goals”, she continued, “I would like you to help me brainstorm some ideas on how I can better ‘serve’ the company”. Again she accentuated the word ‘serve’. Whatever usually goes on in Klauses usually hyper-logical brain seems to have been temporarily overridden. There was interest in his eyes. “As I am the ‘object’ of this discussion I think it would be better if this session is led by someone else”, gesturing at Dave.
Dave started them off with the usual meditation and deep breathing exercises to get everyone ready and centred in the now. Elke was then asked to stand in front of the whiteboard to write down the ideas. Sticking with the script Marius piped up immediately, “I think we should start with having a timeline”.
“You cannot put these things on a project plan Marius”, Charlie said, “we are dealing with humans and incentives here. This is art, not science”
“Wait,” said Klaus, all the attention shifting to him. In more than usually accented German, he continued: “There are rules governing even art. We can reduce even the complexities of desire”. By the mention of the word ‘desire’ Dave noticed the escalation in temperature and immediately escalated. “Agreed, maybe we should start by having a close look at the ‘subject’ at hand”, gesturing at Elke to twirl for them.
Elke marvelled at how effortlessly Dave skipped over all the logical steps leaping straight to the crux of the matter. Twirling around, her skirt lifting provocatively above her knees she momentarily felt the adrenaline and the flirtiness of the situation electrifying her starved pussy. “Slower”, said Klaus. Everyone looked on in astonishment. “We need to appreciate all the angles” he countered. Elke was made to slowly rotate shifting her weight from foot to foot as the guys commented on her “shapely legs”, heart-shaped butt, and of course the double D’s. Ideas started to flow and before long a shortlist was created. By this point, she could see Klaus was hooked and a part of her rejoiced. However, the reality of the situation quickly brought her back to reality. On the board was the list of rules for her to follow. First was the dress code
Then there were the behavioral rules
The rules weren’t that bad. Mostly it just formalised what was already largely happening. In her current state, Elke never pondered why the rules only applied to her.
