Chapter 8 of 25
The hours bled into one another in a timeless haze of dim light and dread. Victoria's initial panic subsided into a state of watchful, simmering resentment. Her mind, her greatest weapon, began to work again, cataloging every detail: the Handler's routine, the two male slaves' mindless obedience, the patterns of light. She would not be broken. She was a Sterling.
The sound of a single, measured footstep cut through the silence. George entered the chamber, his presence filling the vast space as if he owned the very air. He was exquisitely dressed in a charcoal gray suit, no tie, his shirt open at the collar. He moved with an unhurried grace, stopping directly in front of her cage. He didn't speak, merely looked down at her, his gaze a physical weight, stripping away her remaining defenses.
"I trust you're getting acquainted with your new accommodations," he said finally, his voice a soft purr that held no warmth. He squatted, bringing his face level with hers. The scent of him was expensive cologne and something ancient, something predatory. "Tell me, Victoria. Who are you?"
The question was so simple, yet so loaded. Defiance flared in her chest. "Go to hell."
George smiled, a genuine, chilling expression of amusement. "We'll get to that." He straightened and nodded to the Handler, who approached with a small silver case. The cage door was unlocked, and before Victoria could even think to struggle, the two male slaves were inside, dragging her out. They forced her to her knees on the cold marble.
"I asked a question," George said, his voice dropping to a dangerously soft register. The Handler opened the case, revealing a series of gleaming, terrifyingly precise implements—needles, forceps, probes. She selected a long, thin needle with a wickedly sharp point.
"Let me explain your situation," George continued, circling her kneeling form like a shark. "You came here with threats. You believe your knowledge gives you power. Knowledge is only power when it can be acted upon. Yours cannot. What you do have is information I require. Specifically, every scrap of data you possess about Lilith. You will give it to me. All of it. The question is not if, but how much pain you will endure before you do."
"Fuck you," Victoria spat, the words tasting like metal.
A sharp, searing pain erupted in her shoulder. The Handler had driven the needle deep into the muscle. Victoria screamed, a raw, shocked sound torn from her throat.
"That's one," George said calmly. "The pain is exquisite, isn't it? A focused point of absolute agony in a sea of confusion. Let's try again. What was your mother's maiden name?"
The question was so absurd, so mundane, it threw her off balance. "Wh-what?"
Pain again, this time in the muscle of her other shoulder, a matching fire. The needle echoed her first scream. "I require an answer, Victoria. Your mother's maiden name."
"St-Stevens!" she cried out, her body trembling.
"And your father's first name?"
"Robert!"
"Your childhood dog's name?"
"Buster!"
The interrogation continued, a bizarre torrent of personal trivia, each incorrect or hesitant answer rewarded with the sharp, stabbing torment of the needle. He was mapping her, dismantling her identity one tiny, painful piece at a time. Her defenses were useless against this methodical cruelty. Pride crumbled under the onslaught of pure sensation. She began to answer anything, everything, just to avoid the needle.
"Good," George murmured, stopping his pacing. He crouched in front of her again, his face impossibly close. "Now we move on to more interesting topics. The manuscript. Describe it."
The words tumbled out of her, a litany of details. The parchment, the specific script, the illustrations of the two figures. George barely moved as she spoke, his eyes fixed on hers, absorbing every word. When she faltered, the Handler would trace the cold tip of the needle along her spine, a silent promise of what was to come, and Victoria would rush on.
...diary entries... Vienna... 1788... a countess... his prowess..."
George's only reaction was a slight widening of his eyes, a flicker of something ancient and possessive. He was listening to the story of his own conquest, a testament to his eternal existence. "The countess's name," he demanded.
"Amalia... Von Hess," Victoria sobbed. "You ruined her family."
"Indeed," he said, a note of pride in his voice. "A delightful exercise in leverage. Continue."
Chapter by chapter, she laid out her research. The shipping manifests, the financial records, the whispered rumors that formed a historical constellation pointing directly at him. She spent hours speaking, her voice growing hoarse, until she had told him everything. Every secret letter, every diary entry, every lead. Every scrap she had on Lilith.
When she was finished, she collapsed forward, her forehead resting on the cold marble, utterly spent. She had given him everything.
George stood over her, a towering figure of victory. "I am satisfied with the information. Now, we must address the attitude." He nodded to the Handler, who retrieved leather shackles from a cabinet. Her wrists were uncuffed, only to be re-bound in front of her, then attached to a chain hanging from a winch in the ceiling.
"Don't..." she begged, the word a horrified whisper.
"One final lesson," George said, his voice low and intimate as the Handler began to crank the winch. Victoria's arms were pulled upward, stretching her body taut. She was forced onto the balls of her feet, her muscles screaming in protest. The strain was immense, a full-body ache that quickly became a grinding agony.
"You came to free your brother," George stated, unbuckling his belt. The sound of the leather sliding through the loops was obscenely loud in the silent room. "A noble cause. But you failed. And your failure has a price."
He approached her, his intention unmistakable. He grabbed her hip, positioning her. "You will learn what it means to be truly powerless. You will learn that your body, your will, your very essence belongs to the one who conquers you."
He entered her without preamble, a brutal, invasive act that was not about pleasure but about possession. Each thrust drove a cry of pained humiliation from her lips, the force of it jarring her already screaming arms. He was immense, a punishing size that stretched and bruised, his invasion a final, devastating stamp of ownership. He fucked her with the cold efficiency of a master claiming property, his hands gripping her hips hard enough to leave bruises. He broke her not with his cock, but with the sheer, undeniable fact of her helplessness. She was a thing to be used, a vessel for his dominance.
When he finished, he stepped back, adjusting his clothing. Victoria hung limply from the chains, tears and sweat and the proof of his conquest mingling on her thighs.
The Handler lowered the winch, and Victoria collapsed onto the floor in an undignified heap. George knelt beside her, his voice a silken whisper. "You are mine now, body and soul. You will serve me. You will find others for me. You will pleasure anyone I command. You will wear my collar."
He held up a polished steel collar, identical to the ones the male slaves wore. "Ask for it," he commanded.
Victoria looked at the collar, then at his cold, commanding eyes. All the fight had been scoured out of her, replaced by a primal need to belong to the power that had so thoroughly defeated her. Humiliation was absolute, and in its totality, there was a strange, terrifying safety.
"Please," she whispered, her voice broken. "Master... let me wear your collar."
A triumphant smile touched George's lips as he fastened it around her neck. The click of the lock was the sound of her old life ending forever. She was now another asset in his vast inventory of broken things, a new and valuable addition to his slut pool, ready to be used for his carnal amusement.
