At the command of Mistress Maya the three identical girls slipped off their long gowns simultaneously to reveal the extent of the work done on them.

Rachel's jaw dropped as she checked out the bodies of the three girls standing in front of her. Not only did they look similar in their face, the rest of their bodies had been modified in exactly the same way as well.

As she got up from her couch, Rachel asked if she could take a closer look.

"Yes, of course, please inspect them up close," Mistress Maya said.

Rachel was perplexed. The two girls on the left looked identical in every way, like flawless products from a factory. They all stood tall, had porcelain skin and their body parts were chiseled to perfection. The girl on the right, though, was wearing a corset while the other two were completely naked.

"Let me explain to you what their features are," Maya continued. "All of our dolls are molded to one specific size range. They are all between 5'9" and 6'2" tall and between 95 and 105 lbs in weight. We deliver them with a minimum of 2.10 hip to waist ratio, the models you see in front of you have a 15" waist without a corset. Their hips will be at least 31.5". Breast size is always on demand after order, these dolls have been filled to the size of 34 EE."

Rachel stood in front of the girl in the middle and ran her hands up from her pelvis to her narrow waist and then up to her inflated breasts.

"You will have noticed," Maya continued, "that the two samples on the left do not have nipples anymore."

"Yeah, just like real dolls," Rachel said.

"Indeed, like I said before, our end product is as close to a real doll as you will ever get."

Rachel inspected the skin where she'd expected the girl's nipples once had been; it was flawless, without any trace of modification or scar tissue.

"But the nipple removal is far from the only modification we have made. You may have noticed that our dolls wear wigs on their heads and that their perfect eyebrows have been tattooed. This is because their entire bodies have been treated to remove natural hair growth. They are and will always remain as smooth as, well, a doll."

Rachel brushed the palms of her hands over the skin of the girl in the middle.

"That's as far as you can see the modifications from the outside. But there is far more delicate work needed for a perfect doll," Maya continued her product sales pitch.

"As you can see, Anna 3 and Anna 17 here look identical. The method in which they came to be like this, however, differs a lot. Anna 3 has been with us for over 3 years in which she received extreme corset training to tighten her waist before she underwent the additional cosmetic changes. We acquired Anna 17 about six months ago. She has not been trained with corsets. Her transformation has been achieved purely through cosmetic surgery, including the removal of several ribs, which you are free to verify by counting them."

Rachel ran her fingers over the ribcages of the girls in front of her and could clearly feel the difference.

"Anna 10 here with the corset is still in training and is only able to achieve a 15" waist with a corset at the moment. She has not undergone the additional modifications except the hair removal yet. She is the last product of the corset training range that is available for purchase, that's why I brought her along. She will be available and ready within 9 months to a year. Just to be clear: Anna 3 is for demonstration purposes only and not for sale.

"What about the other?" Rachel wanted to know.

"Anna 17 is available and ready. We have five other dolls from her range ready right now. You've already met Anna 16 when you entered the suite. And there are about eight more coming in the second quarter of 2016. They are being produced right now."

"What do you mean 'about eight more?" Rachel asked.

"We always anticipate a percentage of loss after quality control. These cosmetic changes are delicate procedures that bear a risk of complications and unwanted scar tissue. Some girls don't fully make it to commercial doll status. Don't worry, though, we have no problem finding proper private use for them."

"Tell me more about their modifications," Rachel said.

"Our dolls all undergo radical hysterectomies. All of their reproductive organs have been removed, including their ovaries. You will notice that they have no vagina to speak of; they just have a tiny hole left to urinate through."

Rachel ran her fingers down between Anna 3's legs to feel nothing but smooth skin until she reached a tiny hole that was not even big enough to push the tip of her pinky finger in.

"Wow!" she exclaimed. "Is everything really gone?"

"Yes, we fully remove the labia and clitoris as well to create an almost perfect doll mound. Since there are currently virtually no options for female urethral rerouting without greatly increasing the risks of infection, we need to keep a small hole for the doll to urinate through. It is as tiny as possible, though, since the dolls are effectively in early menopause and there is no need to accommodate a menstruation cycle anymore."

"Fascinating... so there's no option of vaginal sexual intercourse?"

"Not unless you opt for that modification, however, our dolls are extensively trained in oral and anal sexual activities."

"Anything else?"

"That's basically it for our standard issue Anna," Maya replied. "We can sometimes arrange additional modifications if the prospective buyer and the original contract with the doll allow it. We've been able to comply with some extreme requests."

"Such as?"

"It varies. Some clients want a flat chested doll. With or without nipples, custom pierced, tattooed or branded, you name it. You can get their breasts filled with silicone, which is included in the standard price, but you can also opt to have them filled with natural fat tissue harvested from other spots on their bodies. That opens up tons of new piercing options that you won't have with saline bags."

"That's it?"

"Every once in a while we get a request for selective amputation. As long as the doll contract allows it, we can go along with the request, for an additional fee of course. Just recently we delivered Anna 12 with prosthetic eyes after having her eyes removed upon request. Her new owner felt a real doll wasn't complete without glass eyes that she could change whenever she saw fit. We were lucky to have a doll under contract that allowed this custom modification to happen."

"Yeah, so how do those contracts work?"

"They are very elaborate and detailed. You must understand that this is a delicate business, which is far from your ordinary supply and demand scheme. Before we turn our girls into dolls, though, we have them sign a standard contract with a lengthy customization clause. All of our dolls sign their contracts out of their own free will. It is very hard to understand for most people that anyone would undergo this procedure willingly, let alone that all our girls actively crave and desire the life as a doll. It is quite tough to secure this all legally even in supposedly free countries in 2015, but our lawyers are resourceful in finding places where such contracts can be composed without too many obstacles."

"The girls are all of legal age, I assume?"

"They can start corset training earlier of course, Like Anna 10 here did, but for them to sign a contract and start modifications, they have to be over 18, yes. Most of our dolls are between the ages of 19 and 23. We rarely take them on when they are past that age."

"And they all speak English?"

"Yes, even though for all of them it is a second language, we do require our dolls to learn it. Ninety-five percent of our dolls originally come from Russia and former USSR states."

"Excellent. That's a must, since we have only one or two girls at our mansion who speak Russian, and they are not part of the production team."

"So I take it you are satisfied with what you see?"

Rachel sat back down on the couch and turned her face toward Maya.

"So do you have any additional questions or should we go over the small print?"

Rachel had only a few questions about medical needs for the dolls, but Lisa had tasked her with acquiring two of them with a specialization in stage performance. Maya was already aware of this request and pointed out that Anna 17 and Anna 19 were trained in classical ballet and modern dance. That's why she brought Anna 17 today. Anna 19 could be delivered in two days, since the money in escrow had already been verified.
