Chapter 8: The Open Timetable
A couple of days later, Lexi sat me down at the kitchen table with a printed resignation letter.
“This needs to happen,” she said firmly. “You can’t keep taking random weeks off. You’re quitting your job.”
I stared at the paper in disbelief. “Lexi… quitting? That’s my career. I make good money. If I get out after a while I can probably get it back. Let’s just do one more week and assess. I can still fix this. And if it’s longer… can you at least visit sometimes? Not every day, but infrequent check-ins? And maybe use the Hitachi once in a while so I don’t lose my mind?”
I was begging, panic clear in my voice.
Lexi listened patiently, then gave me a soft but unyielding smile.
“Infrequent visits? Once the new systems are running, I might only come down every few days… or once a week if I’m busy. You’ll learn to live for those moments.”
She leaned in closer.
“And the Hitachi? Only when I feel like it. No promises. Most of the time you’ll stay denied. That’s part of true helplessness.”
I tried to argue for a trial period, but she placed a finger on my lips.
“No more negotiating timelines. You helped build the chair. You sucked Darius’s cock to seal the deal. This is your fantasy becoming real. Sign the letter. Then we finish the upgrades… and you go back in with no end date. I decide when — or if — it ever ends.”
My hand shook badly as I picked up the pen. Every instinct screamed to stop, but the submissive pull won. With tears in my eyes, I signed it.
Lexi folded the letter with satisfaction and kissed my forehead.
“Good boy. We’ll send this tomorrow. Then you go back in… for good this time.”
I sat there stunned, already regretting it, already aching for it.
This was really happening.
