“Well, that went well, and NJ seemed to be very happy,” beamed Victoria at the wash-up meeting. “Any thoughts?”

“Referral scheme,” said Cathy. “Introduce a friend, get a discount on future visits. Means we know our prospective new clients are already screened and build repeat business.”

“Paw points,” laughed Pam.

“Sounds good,” said Victoria. “So what else still needs to be done to allow us to open our doors fully?”

“Action videos,” Kate said, “Linda and Dennis have done audio files for all twelve new dogs currently in the kennels.” Nodding thanks to the pair, she went on, “But we still have ten dogs to video. I have only done a couple so far. Barney’s and Max’s videos have both been done. We do need Hannibal’s as well, but that could be more tricky.”

“When do you need the videos by?” Victoria asked.

“Before we invite new guests, so as soon as possible. Even after they are made, Pam needs time to do her magic.”

“So eight dogs need eight videos, plus Hannibal,” Victoria said in a business-like manner. “I will take a couple. What about you, Linda and you, Shelly, I think you would both be suitable.”

“Not sure anyone would want to see my fat ass wobbling about,” Linda laughed.

“To the contrary,” said Kathy, “I think some of our clients may well have a fuller figure and appreciate seeing someone like them.”

“Okay, put me down for one,” Linda laughed.

“I will take one as well,” Shelly said, then added quietly, “Make sure it’s a big one.”

“We will take one each,” said Sally, nudging Karen even though they had done a version each with Barney.

“I am guessing that you will need to do Hannibal,” Victoria said, looking at Pam and Cathy. They both nodded as they were already planning how to video Hannibal to present him in the right way.

Looking at her notes, Victoria said, “That leaves us two short.”

“Put me down for another, then,” Linda laughed.

Kate looked thoughtful before she said, “Let me have a word with the kennel maid that Hannibal nearly raped. She actually seemed disappointed when he didn’t actually get a chance to follow through.”

“Is she a virgin?” Victoria asked. She didn’t mean an actual virgin; rather, was she a dog virgin?

“I think so.”

“Okay, could make some good video, I guess some of our clients could be dog virgins, so maybe a gentler touch would be good.”

“Time for bed, I think, lots of fucking to do, and you all want to look good for the camera tomorrow,” laughed Pam.
