Chapter 3 of 4

Living Locked

The months that followed week three settled into a grim, unyielding routine. The Eternal Warden was no longer an object Liam wore—it had become the central fact of his existence, a second skeleton of titanium and silicone fused to his body. Every morning began the same way, a ritual that stripped away any lingering illusion of normalcy.

He woke to the familiar heaviness between his legs: the overnight diaper swollen and sagging, gel core bloated from eight hours of constant catheter drips and at least one involuntary mess. The plastic backing had stretched taut, crinkling softly with the slightest shift of his hips. He lay still for a long minute, listening to the quiet apartment, feeling the low throb of the plug’s pulses continue their indifferent work against his prostate. Another small spurt escaped the catheter—warm, unstoppable—adding its contribution to the already saturated padding. The smell was faint but ever-present now: stale urine mixed with the faint sweetness of baby powder from the previous change.

Getting up was deliberate. He rolled to the edge of the bed, sat slowly so the diaper didn’t squish too loudly, then stood. The bulk forced his thighs apart; walking to the bathroom became a careful waddle, each step producing a wet, plastic rustle that echoed off the tiles. He locked the door out of habit, spread an old towel on the floor (stained now from weeks of use), and lowered himself onto his back with practiced care.

Legs up, knees to chest, he peeled the tapes one by one. The front panel came down first: the steel belt gleamed dully under the bathroom light, the tiny tube still glistening from the latest leak, catheter protruding like a permanent fixture. The gel inside was yellowed and heavy, pressing the trapped cock flat against the ridges designed to punish any swelling. He stared at it for a moment—the fused seams around the tube’s base, no visible join, no way to pry. Just metal grown into flesh.

The rear panel peeled away next. The mess had spread wide overnight—smeared across the padding, coating the flange where the plug disappeared into him. The hollow channel in the center stared back, dark and clean inside, a mocking reminder that the device could be “used” from the outside while giving him nothing. He reached for the wipes—cold, clinical—and cleaned methodically: around the steel front, along the belt’s edges, the impossible seam where plug met skin. No edge to grip, no seam to exploit. Powder followed in thick clouds, patted over reddened, rash-prone skin. The fresh diaper: ultra-thick, 10,000 ml rated, plastic backing crinkling sharply as he positioned it under his ass and pulled the tapes tight—left, right, bottom, top—sealing the prison once more.

He stood. The mirror caught him: unshaven jaw, tired eyes, nothing but a bulky diaper hugging his hips, steel glinting through the thin crotch panel. He reached down—habit now—and curled fingers around the belt’s waistband. Tugged.

Zap.

Sharp jolt through his balls. App chime from the phone on the sink: “Tamper attempt. Penalty applied. Denial days: 87.” He dropped his hands, breathing hard.

Work became a daily performance of concealment. Remote IT support meant endless video calls, but he kept the camera angled high—never below the chest. Loose joggers and long hoodies hid the worst of the bulge, but the waddle was impossible to mask when he stood to stretch or fetch water. Mid-call, the pulses would ramp without warning—slow, rolling waves that milked pre-cum through the catheter, swelling the diaper front noticeably. He’d mute himself, shift in the chair, pray the crinkle didn’t carry over the mic. Once, a client asked, “You okay? Sound like you’re… rustling?” He lied about a new office chair, face burning.

Outings were calculated risks. Grocery runs: he planned routes with family restrooms, carried a small backpack with spare diapers, wipes, powder. Mid-aisle, a sudden cramp—mess spreading warm and soft in the padding. He froze, cheeks flaming, smell faint but terrifying in the fluorescent light. Abandoned the cart halfway, waddled to the disabled toilet, changed in the cramped stall while pulses teased another dribble. The mirror there showed the same trapped man—diaper sagging, steel unyielding.

Nights were the worst. Alone in the dark, he’d try anything for relief. Humping a pillow—futile, ridges punishing any hardness. Probing the hollow channel with lubed fingers or slim toys: easy slide, immense stretch, but the prostate stayed untouched, pleasure nodes absent. Thrusts only triggered more leaks, more messes coating whatever was inside. One night he pushed too hard—cramp hit, mess surged around the toy mid-stroke. Pulled it out smeared and reeking. Cleaned in the bathroom sink, sobbing quietly, the device’s pulses continuing their mocking rhythm.

Social life evaporated. Friends’ texts went unanswered—“Been busy, mate.” Dates never progressed beyond messages; how do you explain the constant diapers, the locked steel, the involuntary leaks? Isolation fed obsession—he spent hours staring at the belt in the mirror, tracing fused seams with fingertips, tugging until shocks forced him to stop.

The app became his tormentor and diary: daily stats updated relentlessly. “Incontinence level: 99%. Leak count today: 47. Mess count: 4. Denial days: 142.” He checked it obsessively, hating himself for it.
