Chapter 4 of 4
By January 2026—three months past the empty safe revelation—Liam had stopped fighting the device and started surviving it.
The Warden’s effects had plateaued into permanence. Urinary control was gone: catheter dripped every few minutes, day and night, no warning, no clench. Bowels followed: loose, unpredictable, triggered by the slightest pressure or pulse surge. Diapers were no longer optional—they were infrastructure. He ordered in bulk now—discreet boxes arriving every two weeks, stacked in the spare room like grim rations.
Mornings were mechanical precision. Wake to the familiar sag and squish. Bathroom routine: untape swollen padding, dispose in double-bagged bin, shower with belt on (water flushing the hollow channel, rinsing the catheter port). Dry carefully—moisture bred infection if neglected. Powder thickly over ever-present rash. Fresh diaper taped tight, crinkle echoing as he moved.
Workdays: adaptive clothing (extra room in seat and crotch), noise-cancelling headset to mask rustles. Pulses still ramped randomly—mid-ticket resolution, a sudden edge-less tease, pre-cum mixing with piss in the gel. He’d mute, shift, continue typing. Clients never knew, but he felt exposed every second.
Outings: planned like military ops. Spare diaper in backpack, change locations scouted (quiet parks, large stores with family restrooms). A bus ride once ended in overflow—leak soaking through joggers onto the seat. He sat frozen, smell faint, praying no one noticed. Home, breakdown in the hallway—diaper peeled, steel staring back, fused and indifferent.
Nights: the hollow channel remained a cruel temptation. He’d lube a slim dildo, slide it through—stretch burning, but no internal pleasure, just mechanical fullness. Thrusts triggered leaks, sometimes messes. One session ended in disaster: cramp mid-stroke, shit surging around the toy, coating it thickly. Pulled out smeared, reeking. Cleaned in silence, tasting the depth of his degradation—the device had orchestrated every layer of filth.
Acceptance came quietly, not with fanfare but exhaustion. He stopped emailing support. Stopped searching for removal hacks. The app’s stats became background noise. He adapted: extra padding for nights, rash cream subscriptions, loose clothing for days. Public life shrank—groceries delivered, walks limited—but the humiliation never faded. Every mirror glance showed the same: steel prison, catheter drip, plug flange seamless and eternal.
In quiet moments—lying in bed, pulses thumping softly, another dribble soaking fresh gel—he felt the twisted comfort of finality. No more pretending there was an out. No more safety net. Just the Warden, the diapers, the leaks, the denial.
Forever.
The company had tricked him perfectly.
He had begged for it.
And now he lived it.
No key.
No escape.
Just steel, padding, and endless surrender.
