Chapter 3 of 7
Hello readers. My name is Musume. I was told to make an introduction before but I didn't have the time. My life is odd and I don't know why. Now, I was told by Gekido and the Trio that it's best if I write out my first love story, to get past my trauma. I didn't want to do this, but it seems I have to. I don't wanna disappoint my teacher Gekido. I'm not allowed to even join board meetings, so I was very confused as to why they needed my life story. They all didn't give me a direct answer, but I've gotten used to that. It seems since I first "woke" that everything has been going wrong. I suppose I'll start from the very beginning.
My first memory feels as though I was looking through a pane of glass that was shattered. I remember moving and making things, though I wasn't telling my body to move. It simply moved on its own. It doesn't make sense, even now, though at least my memories are my own. I made sure of that with the help of Aisura. She really helps me a lot. After that, I remember waking in an ocean of water. I don't know how I got there, but at least I was actually moving when I wanted to. I remembered that my body made things in my previous memory so I attempted to make a living thing. I made a sea mammal that I call a dolphin. We talked and I gave him the knowledge of the universe. It really helped him communicate. His memory wasn't very good, but we continued to talk. He was very nice and even though he had no name he still had a personality. A good one. One that I fell in love with. He never asked for a name and never gave himself one, so I called him dolphin. It's what he was but he didn't mind. In fact, it's all he really knew. We decided to move in together and so I created a little home underwater for us. I created a sandbed and a counter that was accompanied by a window in front of it. We went inside and laid down together, then cuddled. I will now go into the first person for a better description of the events to come. "You're so cute, I could hug you and kiss you forever. You bring me nothing but happiness and love. What would I ever be able to do in return to share what you give me?" I spoke with a quiet tinge in my throat. I knew I could never give him what he gave me. My emotions are too complex for a being of his nature. "All you have to do is love me back. Give me hugs, cuddles, and kisses and we'll be as happy as can be. My life is yours, and I don't want anything but your love," He gave me a kiss on the forehead and then nuzzled my face. I smiled and did the same, sharing my love. He left the house to go get food for us, tilapia…his favourite. Sadly, my memory ended here for a while. It felt like my mind was being pulled back into an empty abyss until I woke again. I was in the same house, with the smell of tilapia in the air. I swam to him and asked how long I was asleep. Confused, he simply said only the night. He gave me a kiss and asked if I wanted to go hunting with him. I eagerly nodded, slightly confused, but excited. I was ready to help him get dinner with any help I could give. I walked out with him, wagging my tail and happily strutting on all fours. He pointed to one of the fishes with his flipper and handed me a makeshift spear. I shapeshifted into my anthro form and slowly swam next to him, only moving when out of the fish's sight. When we got close enough he noticed it was a friend, but I didn't. I am crying while typing this and simply don't want to finish. It's so painful. I lunged with the spear, about to pierce the fish, but suddenly he swam in front of the spear, the spear ending his life immediately. I did nothing but watch his body fall to the bottom of the sea while yelling for him to wake up. I very loosely followed until he reached the floor where I quickly hugged his soulless corpse. He allowed me to take his life to save his friend. His friend was a single-celled amoeba that was shaped like a fish to confuse its predators. I know this because I designed their species with him. With tears in my eye then and now, I tugged his body to our door and went inside, then fell asleep. The next time I awoke I wasn't In control. Once again, I viewed my life through shattered glass. For years, I had no control, crying in the background as my body helped others. I wanted to help, why wasn't I in control? My body created the village and the next time I awoke I was finally in control. In my anthro form, I left my body's room. It had made itself a house and I left it. I looked around and found Aisura, the only person I could communicate with while my body was in control. "Aisura! Aisura!" I yelled as I learned how to walk again. She quickly ran to me, shoving me inside. "Are you back in control? Is that you Musume?" I nodded and she sat me down at a table." So what you said was all true. This body you have takes control every now and again, though for decades?" I once again nodded, then cried into my paws," The last memory that I have where I could move is so fucking painful. I can't even die, so what could I do to escape? Not even you can erase memories, Mother Knowledge. It pains me every time I think of my past. I hurt the only one I loved. What could I ever do to fix it? I don't even have control over my own actions most of the time. I bet my body has done things I've not even seen." I continued to cry into my paws, but Aisura came and licked my face. "You need to relax. Acceptance of the past is the only way to move into the future. One cannot simply move into the future or past until the present has been formed around you. The only way to get to the present is to get through the past. Accept it wasn't your fault. He saved his friend. What was the last thing he said to you?" "I love you," I said with tears, though now looking at her. "So he did what he had to in the span of only a few seconds. He wanted his friend to live longer, knowing you'd survive without him. It's not your fault. I'm going to go to a meeting, do you mind if I leave you alone? I'm sorry but you cannot come to the meeting. Not until we sort you out. Is that okay?" I nodded and she left. I don't have many memories where I had control, though I do remember a single name. Hecate. On every document, my body wrote that name. I'm not omniscient, so I have no idea what that means, but maybe Aisura could help me. I'm sorry if this is a short one, but continuing is hurting me more than I can describe. Thank you for reading, goodbye. /p
