Chapter 14 of 14
Kayla’s eyes snapped open, her mind tearing through the fog of unconsciousness before her body caught up. Something was wrong. This wasn’t her bed. The ceiling above her wasn’t the smooth eggshell white of her bedroom at home, but a cracked, water-stained expanse of yellowed plaster.
Where the fuck was she?
Then it all came flooding back in a nauseating rush. Joe Carter. The blackmail. The videos. The train ride. Maggie. This godforsaken farm in the middle of nowhere. And Eames—that sadistic bastard who’d put a gun in her mouth and choked her with it. Her own gun.
Kayla swallowed hard past the tight ache in her throat, mouth tasting of copper and gun oil. Pain throbbed at her left temple. She could still hear it—that sickening crack when the pistol slammed into her skull.
“Fuck,” she said, blinking hard a few times.
She lay on a narrow iron bed frame, her leather jacket balled beneath her head. It had made for a poor pillow, leaving her neck stiff and sore. The air stank of mildew and old dust, laced with the acrid tang of her fear-sweat from the night before. Pale, watery sunlight filtered through the room’s lone window, casting weak shadows across filthy floorboards.
What was it Eames had said? Your training begins at dawn. Training. As if she were some animal to be broken in.
Kayla pushed herself up on her elbows, the ancient bed springs creaking beneath her. The room swam for a second, then settled into focus. How long had she been out? An hour or two at most, judging by her gritty eyes and clogged head. Her body felt leaden, every muscle stiff from sleeping fully clothed on the lumpy mattress. Cracking a yawn, she swung her legs over the side and planted her feet on the floor with a heavy thud. Apparently, she’d slept in her boots too.
The room looked even more dismal than it had last night. Flower-patterned walls had faded to a dingy gray, blotched with mold. A single bare bulb dangled from a frayed wire in the center of the ceiling, though it had burned out overnight, leaving only the pale wash of daylight to repel the gloom.
Another wave of dizziness hit her hard. Kayla drew a deep breath, but when she tried to stand, her knees gave out and she caught herself against the wall, palm slamming flat against peeling wallpaper.
Fuck.
She stayed like that for a moment, head down, willing her pulse to settle. The room tilted at the edges of her vision, skull pounding. Gingerly, she pressed two fingers to the knot at her temple, wincing as they came away sticky with dried blood.
Shit. If that bastard gave her a concussion...
Kayla dragged herself over to the window. Her clothes clung to her, ripe with sweat and last night’s grime, but her focus stayed on the meager daylight filtering through the dirty glass.
Calling it a window might be generous. That square opening set high in the wall was barely wide enough to fit her head through, let alone her broad shoulders. Heavy iron bars crossed the outside, rusted but sturdy, bolted deep into the frame. If she was getting out, it wouldn’t be through there.
Rising on unsteady toes, she gripped the sill and peered out.
Gray morning light revealed the full, decaying sprawl of Redemption Farm. Tangled weeds and patches of bare, trodden dirt spread across the land, broken only by rusted equipment and skeletal trees. A warped wooden fence encircled the property, its posts leaning like rotten teeth. Beyond it, overgrown fields crept to a distant treeline.
No neighboring homes, no signs of life. Just silent wilderness.
Closer in, a few outbuildings hunched under the sullen sky. An old barn with a collapsed roof, a shack missing half its door, and what looked like a slaughterhouse, its sides streaked with something too dark to be rust.
Kayla’s stomach knotted. Somewhere on this putrid farm was Eames, the white-trash sadist who’d humiliated her last night in ways none had ever dared; the man who now held her life in his hands by Joe’s command. And here she stood, like the goddamn star of her own horror movie, watching the day break over a landscape that promised nothing but pain.
What a fucking carnival of bullshit.
The dusty floorboards creaked beneath her weight as she crossed to the massive door. She tested the brass doorknob—locked tight, as expected. Pressing her ear to the weathered wood, she listened for movement in the hallway beyond.
Nothing.
Kayla leaned in and drove her shoulder against the door, slamming 175 pounds of black powerhouse muscle into it. The barrier didn’t so much as shudder—but her skull did. Pain flared in her temple, hot and jarring.
Bad idea.
She backed off, rubbing her shoulder. If brute force wasn’t going to cut it, maybe brains would. She ran her hands along the frame, fingers probing for weakness. The hinges were on the outside—smart. Not even a damn keyhole on this side. Whoever put this thing here didn’t want their captive picking her way out. The wood was thick oak, old but solid. No amount of righteous fury would break through without tools.
Kayla sighed. “Fuck this.”
As she turned away, her gaze caught on the floorboards. Dark splotches marred the wood. Deep-set, almost black. Blood. But not all of it was old. A fresh smear of crimson marked the spot where she’d fallen last night, after Eames pistol-whipped her. The memory of that indignity sent fresh pain knifing through her swollen face.
That was the first and last time she’d hit the floor in this place. She wasn’t prey. Not to these bastards, nor anyone else.
Her duffel lay where she’d dropped it when Eames had forced her to her knees. She crouched beside the bag and unzipped it. Everything seemed untouched—a few toiletries, a change of clothes, her purse with her wallet and badge still inside. Tucked at the bottom, as instructed, lay her police uniform, pressed and neatly folded. The sight of it twisted her gut. What sick games did Joe have planned that required her in uniform?
At least they hadn’t stolen her stuff. Except her gun of course. Not that she needed the reminder. She zipped the bag shut and shoved it under the bed.
As she straightened, the throbbing in her skull returned. She winced. While she had time, she should probably assess the damage from last night’s ‘lesson’.
Kayla moved to the washstand in the corner and poured some water from the pitcher into its chipped porcelain basin. The water looked clean enough, though the basin was stained and cracked. No soap, of course.
She dipped her fingers into the tepid water and splashed it onto her face, hissing through clenched teeth as it touched the raw cut on her temple. Droplets tracked down her neck, following the curve to her collarbone before vanishing beneath her top. Cupping more water, she rinsed her mouth and spat into the basin. The fluid came out pink. The metallic taste persisted, but it was better than before.
Above the basin hung a tarnished mirror, its silver backing peeling at the edges. Kayla wiped a hand across the dusty glass, revealing her reflection in fragments between the dark spots. The woman staring back looked like she’d gone three rounds in the ring with no gloves.
Her almond-shaped eyes, usually bright and alert like a lioness’, were bloodshot and ringed with exhaustion. Dark circles bloomed beneath them, stark even against her rich brown skin. At her left temple, a purple lump throbbed, crusted with dried blood that tracked down to her jaw. Her full, pillowy lower lip was puffed to half again its normal size, one corner split.
That racist piece of shit had done a number on her.
“Inbred asshole,” she muttered, probing the marks with careful fingertips. She ran her tongue over her teeth—and froze. A jagged edge caught against the tip. Opening her mouth, she tilted her head, angling for better light. A clean chip marred her front tooth, knocked out by the gun barrel.
That fucking hillbilly had damaged her teeth!
Her perfect white teeth.
The notch wasn’t large, but it was noticeable. A permanent flaw in her bright smile.
Braced against the washstand, Kayla stared hard at her reflection. Dark skin gleamed in the morning light, high cheekbones and strong jaw speaking to her West African heritage. Her high ponytail of elaborate braids had come undone in the struggle. Several strands now hung loose around her face, framing it with wild dignity. The face staring back at her was bruised, but unbroken—the face of a warrior queen, her grandmother used to say. She needed that strength now more than ever.
This isn’t over, asshole. Not by a long shot.
Kayla wasn’t sure if she meant Joe or Eames, or anyone else tangled up in their sordid business, but it didn’t matter. They were all scum. And they were all accountable under the law.
And she was that law.
And yet, she had walked willingly into this trap, thinking she could handle whatever Joe threw at her. Such arrogance. And now she was paying the price.
Those videos... God. Those fucking videos. The memory alone made her cringe with shame.
That wild side of her. It had always been there, buried beneath the surface of her carefully constructed life. But she’d kept it in check for years, channeled it into her marriage, into her work.
Until that night at Bubba’s.
One moment of weakness—that’s all it had taken. One reckless choice, and everything spiraled out of control. And now Joe had her by the short hairs.
If those videos got out, she’d lose everything. Her job. Her reputation. Maybe even her family.
No—definitely her family.
The thought of Reggie seeing those pictures—of him watching his wife get fucked by two white strangers in some seedy backwater bar—of their daughter discovering what her mother had done…
It was unbearable.
But giving in to Joe’s sick demands wasn’t an option either. Whatever ‘training’ he and Eames had in mind, it would be degrading at best, dangerous at worst. She’d already tasted their cruelty. And without her gun, without backup, without even a phone to call for help, she was at their mercy.
It was painfully clear why Joe had chosen this remote place for their twisted little affair. The seclusion was absolute. No escape. No one coming to her rescue. Just this rotting farm, the men who ran it, and the long stretch of hell ahead.
Kayla’s heart stuttered at the thought. Was that his plan? Some backwoods captivity straight out of a B-movie? Was this moldering bedroom meant to be her cell while he did despicable things to her?
Her throat tightened, but she shoved the fear down and reached for cold logic.
Focus.
Self-recrimination was a luxury she couldn’t afford. What mattered now was survival: get through this, secure the videos, get her life back. She had to think like a cop, not a victim. Assess the situation. Identify weaknesses. Formulate a plan.
You came here to fix this. So fix it.
Joe was a sick bastard, but she had to believe he wouldn’t seriously harm her. Not with the blackmail still in play. He needed her cooperation, her submission. And dead girls were notoriously poor at following orders.
More likely, this whole setup was a power play. Isolation. Control. Psychological pressure. Standard coercion tactics. Keep her off-balance until she broke.
A sudden pressure in her lower abdomen pulled Kayla’s attention to more mundane needs. After hours without relief, her bladder wasn’t joking around. She needed to piss. Badly.
She scanned the room again, hoping for a bathroom door she might have missed. Nothing.
“Figures,” she muttered, pressing her thighs together.
She turned back to the rickety washstand. Crouching, she peered beneath it. Partially hidden behind a tattered, moth-eaten cloth sat a ceramic chamber pot.
Kayla grimaced. Fucking perfect. She hadn’t used one of those since a childhood trip to her grandmother’s rural home during a power outage. But it would have to do. She wasn’t about to piss herself just because these barnyard bastards couldn’t provide basic sanitation.
She dragged the pot out, nose wrinkling as the stench of old urine wafted up. The porcelain was stained, a brownish-yellow crust caked along the rim where previous contents had dried. Her bladder throbbed again, a hot weight pressing down between her hips.
“Fucking swamp-trash hospitality,” she mumbled, setting the pot in the center of the room.
She stared down at the filthy receptacle. Squatting over that tiny pot in tight-fitting pants and boots would be a disaster waiting to happen. The ceramic bowl looked pathetically small beneath her tall, powerful frame. A child’s toy beneath an Amazon queen.
“Goddamn it.”
Kayla bent down, fingers working the laces on her ankle boots. The leather creaked as she tugged each one off with a grunt and a thud against the floor. Her socks came next, peeled away to expose dark feet with high arches and long toes, bare soles pressed to the cold, gritty floor.
The metal button on her slacks popped open beneath urgent fingers. She shoved them down to her knees, revealing black briefs stretched tight over muscular thighs and a broad ass—the XL fabric barely holding at the seams. Her calves flexed into hard diamonds as she stepped out of the pants and kicked them aside.
Hooking her thumbs into the waistband of her briefs, she shot a quick glance at the closed door before pulling them down her legs and off one foot. The elastic dangled around her other ankle as she positioned herself over the antique receptacle, knees wide, calves tense to balance her in the humiliating squat.
No privacy like she’d have in a proper bathroom. This was the stance of prisoners. Not a decorated officer of the law.
Between her legs, her vulva hung heavy, framed by dense black curls—her natural bush, untamed and proud. As she widened her stance, the pronounced outer lips parted, revealing a glimpse of the tender pink flesh within.
Her quads bunched and flexed as she settled deeper into the squat, a full-body shiver racing up her spine from the chill air. The thick curls of her pubic hair brushed the pot’s chipped rim, and she grimaced at the faint contact.
Sucking in a deep breath, she held it for a beat—then let go.
A fierce stream hissed forth from between her legs, striking the ceramic with a harsh, wet ping. The sound was raw and shameless in the silence, bouncing off the bare walls. Hot piss foamed, the sharp stench of ammonia rising to fill her nose.
Kayla bit down on her swollen lip, stifling a groan. She tensed, ears straining for any sound beyond the door—a creak, a footstep, boots on the stairs, anything.
Please, don’t let anyone barge in now.
The image seared itself into her brain: the door banging open, Eames or one of his goons catching her mid-stream, bare-assed and crouched over this disgusting pot like some animal. She’d rather eat a bullet than live that down.
The stream went on and on, evidence of how long she’d held it. Ripples shimmered across the rising pool, yellow and frothy. A few stray droplets splattered onto the floorboards, speckling her bare feet. She grimaced, shifting her weight, trying to angle her hips to stay clear. But the pot’s shallow curve defied her efforts.
A sound from the hallway snapped her to attention, the sound she had dreaded the most—heavy footsteps approaching her door.
Not now. Fuck!
Kayla’s piss-stream sputtered in panic, her thighs trembling from the interrupted purge. She clenched her muscles, forcing the last spurts to cut off prematurely. Golden droplets clung to her pubes as she shook herself semi-dry with frantic little hip jerks.
The relief of emptying her bladder vanished beneath a flood of adrenaline. She stood, yanking the briefs back up to her waist. The fabric stretched tight across her ass, pressing uncomfortably against her piss-wet labia. Now what? No way in hell was she going to leave this stinking pot out for all to see.
Heart hammering against her ribs, she snatched up the bowl, piss sloshing dangerously close to the rim. The warm ceramic burned against her palms as she hustled it back to the washbasin.
“Shit, shit, shit.”
She crouched, shoving the pot beneath the wooden stand. For one horrible moment, the pot teetered on the uneven floorboards. Kayla froze, watching yellow liquid lap at the edge before settling into an uneasy stillness.
She tugged the tattered cloth back in front, hiding her shame.
The footsteps grew louder, more distinct, shuffling right outside the door now. Her pants lay in a crumpled heap halfway across the room. No time.
Kayla shot upright, shoulders thrown back, chin lifted high. Her dark body gleamed in the weak morning light. Six feet of pure Nubian power, standing proud in nothing but black briefs and a white tank top, bare feet planted wide on the gritty floor. Her full breasts heaved beneath the shirt, nipples hardening from adrenaline-infused tension.
A key scraped in the outside lock, metal grating against metal. No civilized knock, no pause to acknowledge her privacy or dignity. Just the brutal intrusion of authority over the imprisoned.
Her jaw set, fists balled at her sides. Her nostrils flared with each breath, eyes fixed on the door. If they wanted a fight, they’d get one. She might be half-naked and damp with piss and sweat, but she was still an officer of the law. Still Kayla fucking Price.
The muscles in her ebony thighs bunched and coiled, ready to spring. Her broad shoulders pulled back, displaying the tribal power inherited from generations of warriors. The blood of Dahomey fighters pumped hot through her veins—fierce women who had charged into battle bare-breasted, spears raised high.
The lock clicked open.
Kayla widened her stance, toes gripping the dirty floorboards. Her cop instincts screamed at her to cover herself, to scramble for her pants—but her pride roared louder. She would not be caught scurrying like a rat. Would not show an ounce of fear to these white trash.
The door swung outward with a prolonged groan of rusty hinges, revealing Eames’ stooped form silhouetted against the dim hallway light. He stood there in the threshold, a male eyesore dressed in faded denim overalls stained with grease, the straps hanging loose over a dirty undershirt. In the daylight, he looked even more decrepit—liver spots dotting his sallow skin, crooked teeth yellowed from decades of heavy smoking, whiskers sprouting haphazardly from his leathery face.
His rheumy eyes swept over Kayla’s semi-naked form, taking in her defensive stance, lingering on her powerful thighs and the curves of her breasts before crawling back up to her face.
A slow, predatory smirk spread across his thin lips. “Mornin’, Negra,” he drawled, leaning against the doorframe. “Hope you slept well, ‘cause it’s time to start yer training.”
The tone of his voice sent shivers down Kayla’s spine, but she stood her ground. Rage and humiliation battled for dominance, but she wouldn’t let either show on her face. “Training for what, exactly?”
Eames’ face darkened. He pushed off the doorframe with surprising speed for a man of his age, closing the distance between them in two strides. The back of his hand cracked across her face, reopening the split in her lip. The metallic taste of blood filled her mouth again.
“That’s ‘training for what, exactly, SIR,’” he said, spittle flying from his lips. “Did you forget our lesson from last night already? Or does that dumb Negra brain need another reminder?”
Kayla’s head rocked back from the impact, but her feet stayed planted, heels dug in, thighs flexing beneath the tight black fabric of her briefs. She swallowed the blood pooling in her mouth rather than give him the satisfaction of seeing her spit it out.
Eames grinned, revealing tobacco-stained teeth with gaps where several had rotted away. “You’ll see what yer training entails soon enough. Now move that big ass, Negra. Breakfast’s ready.”
The casual cruelty of it—the commands, the slurs, the smug authority—made Kayla’s whole body bristle. Who the hell did this bum think he was? This decrepit excuse for a man, swinging his flaccid dick and expecting her to kneel.
For a heartbeat, she considered telling this backwoods piece of shit exactly where he could shove his ‘training.’ Or better yet, driving her fist straight through that snaggletoothed grin and showing him the true warrior he thought he had caged. Her ancestors wouldn’t have bowed to this. They’d fought through chains, through whips, through death. They had lifted their chins even as their backs were breaking.
But the memory of Eames’ brutality was still fresh: the gun barrel scraping her teeth, the vicious crack of metal against her skull, the helpless gagging as he shoved steel down her throat. She couldn’t risk provoking him again, not when she was already at such a disadvantage.
“Can I get dressed first?” she asked instead, gesturing toward the pile of clothes on the floor. Her voice came out far too meek for her liking. Catching herself, she added, “Sir.”
Eames let the infraction slide, his gaze dragging slowly over the dark expanse of her thighs. “No need for that,” he said. “What you got on covers more than enough for the boys.”
The boys. Right. More of them.
Kayla’s stomach tightened at the thought of facing additional hostile men while practically half-naked. “And if I refuse, Sir?”
Eames’ eyes narrowed. His hand drifted to his waistband, where her service revolver sat tucked against his bony hip. “Then I reckon I’ll have to drag you downstairs by that fancy hair of yours, Negra.” He tapped the gun with yellowed fingernails. “Or maybe put another hole in that thick ape skull. Your choice.”
Kayla measured the distance between them, calculating angles and trajectories. She could take him—easily. Old and wiry as he was, she outweighed him by at least fifty pounds of hard muscle. But the gun changed everything. And there were others waiting below, possibly armed as well.
She thought of her daughter’s bright face. Reggie’s deep laugh on Sunday mornings. The weight of her badge in her palm. Things worth enduring this hell for.
“Lead the way, Sir,” she said at last, the words bitter in her mouth. This wasn’t surrender. It was tactical retreat.
“Smart girl,” Eames chuckled, stepping back to give her room to pass.
Wordlessly, Kayla moved toward the door. Her bare feet made no sound on the dusty floorboards, the muscles in her calves shifting beneath ebony skin. She was a lioness, pacing in a cage, but no less dangerous for it.
As she passed Eames in the narrow doorway, his bony hand shot up, grabbing a fistful of her braids. Kayla gasped in pained surprise as he yanked her head back, bringing his mouth close to her ear. The stench of stale tobacco and rotting teeth washed over her as he spoke.
“Keep to the rules, bitch. One wrong move and I’ll make last night seem like a love tap. Got it?”
Kayla nodded jerkily. Each individual braid felt like it might tear from her scalp, sending needles of agony down her already throbbing skull. Pain radiated down her neck, setting off fireworks behind her eyes. The bastard was stronger than he looked.
Eames released her with a hard shove. She stumbled into the hallway, the sudden freedom making phantom pains ripple across her scalp.
“Go on,” he said, gesturing toward the stairs with a jerk of his chin. “And remember—one wrong move, and I’ll put you down like the dog you are.”
The threat washed over her back as she walked toward the stairs, fully conscious of her near-nakedness, of the briefs riding up between the full globes of her ass, of his rheumy eyes following her every movement.
The hallway’s wood panels were dark with age and neglect. Dust motes danced in shafts of sunlight that pierced through cracks in the walls. She padded down the corridor, her bare soles collecting grit and splinters from the unswept floor.
Behind her, Eames followed. His eyes bored into her back, taking in the exposed curves of her ass and legs. The weight of his gaze made her skin crawl, but she kept her head high, jaw set in a hard line.
She paused at the top of the stairs. Her shadow stretched long down the staircase—a dark silhouette of feminine power against warped, grime-covered steps, each sagging in the middle from decades of heavy footfalls.
Muffled voices drifted up from below—rough, male, unmistakably rural. She strained her ears, picking out fragments through the cracked floorboards.
“—hell, could be a fat one for all we know—”
“—don’t matter, long as she’s got a hole or two sumwheres—”
“—Pa said she’s got fight in her. Bet I can knock it out—”
“—hope she don’t stink like the last one—”
The laughter that followed had a wet, ugly sound—boys trying too hard to act like men.
It took Kayla a moment to realize they were talking about her. When it clicked, red-hot fury surged up her spine. She clenched her jaw, swallowing it down.
Not yet. Not yet.
Behind her, Eames shifted his weight, boards creaking beneath his boots. His foul breath warmed the back of her neck, invading her space.
“Move that black ass,” he said, jabbing a bony finger between her shoulder blades. “Boys are waitin’.”
Kayla quickened her pace to escape his touch. The steps groaned beneath her weight, announcing her approach to the men below.
These fuckers had no idea who they’d caught this time. She’d play along. For now. But when the time came, she’d make every last one of them bleed. Pay them back with interest for every woman they’d hurt.
Reaching the bottom, Kayla surveyed her surroundings. In the harsh morning light, the full squalor of Redemption Farm revealed itself—far worse than the shadowy glimpses she’d caught the night before.
Sunlight struggled through filthy windows, casting jaundiced beams across the living room. Dusty hunting trophies glared from the walls with glassy eyes, their fur matted and moth-eaten. Empty beer cans cluttered the floor around an ancient television set. The Confederate flag she’d noticed last night hung limply from its nail, cigarette burns peppering its fabric.
The stink hit her harder than Eames’ fist had—a noxious blend of unwashed bodies, stale beer, and decades of chain-smoking. Something fatty sizzled on the stove, filling the house with greasy smoke that caught in her throat. The stench conjured images of roadkill left too long in summer heat, now bubbling away in some unholy concoction.
Her stomach heaved, but Kayla swallowed it down. She would show these men nothing but the strength of her Nubian blood.
Eames’ yellow-stained fingernails dug into her upper arm. He steered her toward a doorway off the main room. “Kitchen’s this way,” he said, shoving her forward.
The next room proved even worse.
Cramped and airless, it reeked of old grease and rot. Decades of cooking had left every surface coated in a permanent film of oil and smoke. Yellow-brown stalactites hung from the corners of cabinets, hardened drips that had grown for years. The linoleum underfoot was cracked and curling at the edges, sticky in places, slick in others.
Conversation died the instant she stepped inside.
Two men sat gathered around a battered wooden table, strewn with mismatched dishes, ashtrays and half-empty beer bottles, despite the early hour. Both looked to be in their thirties, though the dull glaze in their eyes suggested the intellect of twelve-year-olds. They had to be Eames’ sons. The family resemblance was clear in their slack jaws and pinched features. Neither were easier on the eyes than their father. Not that she’d expected better.
The closest man sat tall and gangly, all awkward limbs and protruding Adam’s apple, like a scarecrow assembled by someone with only a passing familiarity with human anatomy. His face was a mess of acne scars beneath a patchy, unkempt beard, pockmarked terrain that spoke of poor hygiene and poorer diet.
The other was shorter, stockier, with a receding hairline despite his relative youth and small, pig-like eyes set too close together, as though crowded by the bulbous forehead that dominated his face. His overalls strained against a beer belly that hung over the waistband, sweat stains darkening the pits of his flannel shirt.
Years of police work had taught Kayla to read people fast. And these two were open books. Simple minds. Cruel tendencies. Dangerous unpredictability. The kind of men she’d arrested countless times after domestic disturbance calls.
Inbred cretins, she thought with a sneer she barely managed to keep off her face. The gene pool these three shared was more akin to a stagnant puddle.
“Boys,” Eames said, his hand settling on Kayla’s shoulder like a vulture coming to roost. “This here’s the new livestock. The one Joe sent.”
Livestock? What the fuck?
The scrawny one let out a low whistle through crooked teeth.
“Well damn, Pops. You wasn’t lyin’.” His gaze dragged over Kayla’s bare legs, lingering on the curves her snug clothes couldn’t hide. “That’s one fine piece of chocolate,” he drawled, slow and syrupy. “Thought Sleepin’ Beauty was gonna lay up there all day... or’s that Black Beauty?” He snorted—a wet, ugly sound—and dragged his tongue across his cracked lips in one long, greasy swipe. “Sleep good, darlin’?”
Kayla stared him down. Widening her stance, she planted bare feet on the sticky floor—six feet of ebony power claiming her space. “Like a baby,” she said. “Your hospitality knows no bounds.” Sarcasm dripped from every syllable, but the barb sailed clean over his greasy head.
The shorter brother still hadn’t looked up from her chest.
“This here’s Hoyt,” Eames said, jerking a thumb toward the skinny one who had spoken. Then he nodded at the quiet, stocky man. “And that’s Caleb. They’ll be helping with your... rehabilitation.”
Right. She’d seen enough rehabilitation programs to know they rarely rebuilt anyone. In prison, it meant breaking spirits, not healing them. And here—in this backwater hellhole, miles from civilization, miles from witnesses—the word carried an even darker promise.
Caleb’s small eyes glittered. His thick fingers tightened around a stained coffee mug until it creaked in his grip. He didn’t speak. Didn’t smile. Just sat there breathing slow, watching her. Like he had all the time in the world to savor what was coming.
“Ain’t polite to stare, boys,” Eames chided, though his tone held more amusement than rebuke. “Officer Price here’s gonna be stayin’ with us for a spell. And I’m gonna need your help settlin’ her in. Teachin’ her our ways.”
“Officer?” Hoyt perked up, his gangly frame leaning forward in the creaking chair. “She a copper for real?”
Suddenly, the tension in the room ratcheted up. Simple leering and mocking assessment replaced by open hostility.
“That’s right,” Eames confirmed, giving Kayla’s shoulder a firm squeeze. “She’s a real live pig, alright. Badge and all. But she ain’t here in any official capacity, are ya, pig?”
Kayla’s eyes blazed. She tracked each man’s position, assessing threats, calculating angles. Two men plus Eames. All likely armed. She spotted at least two knives on the table and a shotgun propped by the wall. The windows were small, the lone exit blocked by Eames’ wiry frame. Three-on-one were bad odds on any day—but she felt confident she could take them. If it came to that.
Still, she said nothing. Every instinct screamed at her to fight, to run, to do something—anything but stand there half-naked and cornered. But the weight of Eames’ hand on her shoulder was a potent warning of what happened to women who disobeyed under his roof.
The old man’s fingers dug deeper into her flesh. “I said, ain’t that right, pig?”
Kayla forced herself to nod. “That’s right,” she said, voice hard as gravel.
“Sir,” Eames prompted, fingers tightening further.
“That’s right, Sir,” she added, the honorific burning her tongue.
Twelve years earning respect on the Force through competence and bravery. A spotless record. Four commendations awarded. And now here she was, bowing to this backwoods tyrant. The humiliation burned hotter than a fresh bullet casing.
Caleb finally spoke, his voice surprisingly soft for a man his size. “What’d she do, Pa? What’d she do to earn a stay at Redemption Farm?”
Eames’ lip curled as he glanced up at Kayla. “Good question son. Apparently, this here upstandin’ officer of the law got herself filmed doin’ what she shouldn’t with some white boys. Wasn’t her husband, neither.” His voice dropped into a theatrical whisper, still loud enough for her to hear every venomous word. “Ruttin’ like an animal, she was. No dignity, no self-respect.” Eames shook his head with mock disappointment, then finally released her shoulder, leaving a greasy imprint. “Beyond that, Joe’s got his reasons, and that’s all we needs ta know.”
Kayla’s brow lowered. The explicit reference to Joe’s blackmail material confirmed what she’d already suspected. Of course, Joe would have armed them with every filthy detail, every crack in her armor. That video wasn’t just leverage. It was a noose. And these men were holding the rope. Her career. Her reputation. The life she’d built, brick by bloody brick. All of it balanced now on the edge of their whims.
“Sit,” Eames ordered, shoving Kayla toward an empty chair at the table, though he barely managed to budge her sturdy frame. She gave him a look that could have frozen hell itself, then strode over to the chair of her own accord.
The wooden seat was cold against her thighs as she lowered herself onto it, knees bumping the underside of the table. Her thin briefs provided minimal barrier against the rough, splintery surface.
Immediately, Hoyt leaned in, bony elbows planted on the table, his rank body odor hitting her in a wave of sour sweat and personal filth. “You know what we do here at Redemption Farm, officer?” he asked, voice too intimate.
Kayla could think of a hundred replies, each sharper than the last, but wisely kept her eyes fixed on the scarred tabletop. She’d interrogated enough suspects to recognize when silence was more powerful than words.
“We fix things,” Hoyt continued, his voice taking on a dreamy, almost religious quality. “Broken things. Wayward things. Things that need to be taught their proper place—”
“Shut up, Hoyt,” Eames snapped from across the room where he’d positioned himself by the stove. He scooped a ladle of lumpy stew into a chipped bowl, then returned to the table and slammed it down in front of Kayla hard enough to slosh some over the rim.
“Eat,” he commanded.
Kayla didn’t move. Her hands remained in her lap, fingers intertwined. The muscles in her forearms—defined from hundreds of hours at the department’s shooting range and training gym—tensed visibly beneath her dusky skin.
“I said eat,” Eames repeated, his tone brooking no argument.
“What’s the matter, darlin’?” Hoyt taunted, watching her closely. “Our cooking not good enough for ya? This here’s Mama’s famous possum stew. Dug the meat out m’self.”
Kayla stared down at the greasy slop in front of her. Gray chunks of unidentifiable flesh floated in a broth that resembled mop water more than food. It reeked of gamey meat and old cheese, thick with fat particles that coated her nostrils in an oily film.
Caleb chortled, spraying half-chewed food across the table.
“Maybe she wants to work up an appetite first. I got sumthin’ that’ll fill her mouth right up.”
Crude laughter erupted around the table. The men’s eyes gleamed as though her degradation was the best entertainment they’d had in years.
Under the table, Kayla’s knuckles tightened into a fist. God, she wanted to hit them so bad—to feel cartilage give way beneath her trained strike. One punch to Caleb’s throat and he’d be gasping on the floor like a fish out of water. She’d dropped men twice his size during riot control, left them with broken noses, cracked ribs...
Instead, she picked up the tarnished spoon. Dipped it into the gray sludge. Brought it to her lips.
The taste was even worse than the smell. Sour, bitter, with a gritty texture that scraped against her teeth like sand. She swallowed. Forced her face to stay expressionless. She would not give them the satisfaction of seeing her disgust. Would not become the entertainment they so clearly craved.
Besides, she’d eaten worse on the beat. Night shifts and stakeouts had accustomed her to all manner of questionable sustenance. Gas station burritos half-thawed in the center. Three-day-old break room donuts. Coffee that could strip paint—her stomach had endured some truly awful shit in service to the city.
“Good girl,” Eames said, with all the warmth of someone praising a dog for a trick well performed. “You’re gonna need your strength today.”
The way he said it, the cold anticipation in his voice, made fresh dread curl in Kayla’s gut. What was this training he kept talking about? She guessed she’d find out soon enough, though every instinct screamed it wouldn’t be survivable by strength alone.
As she ate, the men’s stares raked over her buff arms, her ample bosom, the strong curve of her back. She kept her eyes on the bowl. Any show of discomfort would only encourage them further. A black female police officer was likely the furthest thing from good company these backwoods hicks could imagine, and they weren’t shy about showing it.
“Look at them muscles,” Hoyt said, reaching across the table to squeeze her bicep. “Mighty impressive... for a chick.”
Kayla jerked back instinctively, a snarl twitching at the corner of her mouth.
“Whoa, easy there, wildcat,” Hoyt said, grinning. “Just appreciatin’ the view. You work out or somethin’?”
“Course she does,” Caleb said with a snort. “That’s how they get them affirmative action promotions, ain’t it? Gotta be twice as strong, half as smart.”
Kayla stopped mid-chew, biting back a sharp retort that would surely earn her another session with Eames’ heavy hand.
Not worth it.
Before she could find a cleaner reply, Eames cut in. “Now, now, boys, don’t be rude to our guest. I’m sure Officer Price worked real hard to get where she is. Ain’t that right, missy?”
“Sure did, Sir,” Kayla replied. It took every ounce of willpower not to leap across the table and throttle the smug bastard, to watch the light fade from his eyes as her thumbs pressed into his windpipe. “Busted my ass at the academy, like everyone else. Maybe even harder, being a woman and all.”
“Well ain’t that sweet,” Eames chuckled, exchanging knowing looks with his sons. “And look where that got ya—sittin’ pretty at my table, eatin’ my food. Bet they didn’t prepare you for that at the academy.”
The irony dangled like a lure in the air, but Kayla didn’t bite. She scooped the last stringy bits of meat into her mouth and pushed the bowl away, ceramic scraping loudly against the scarred tabletop. “Yeah, well I’m here now,” she said. “And I aim to see this bullshit through, whatever it takes… Sir.”
Eames studied her with renewed interest, his grin fading. “Whatever it takes, huh?” He leaned back, the chair creaking under his weight. “We’ll see about that.”
Caleb shifted his stocky weight. His thick fingers drummed an uneven rhythm against the tabletop, small eyes fixed on her chest. “I can think of a thing or two the Negra could do...” he said, tongue flicking out to moisten cracked lips. “Bet she’s got talents we ain’t discovered yet.”
Kayla turned her head, fixing him with a look that said she’d already calculated exactly how many pounds of pressure it would take to snap his wrist, crush his windpipe and rupture his testicles.
Caleb’s tongue retreated back into his mouth. His fingers stilled. Yeah, he could read her true intentions alright.
“You’re on to something there son,” Eames said, diverting the tension. “Joe tells me she’s one multi-talented pig. Says she’s quite the performer when she ain’t wearin’ that fancy badge.”
A flush rose up Kayla’s neck—rage, not embarrassment.
Joe again. And those damn videos. One showed her snorting coke off the fat bastard’s cock. The other documented her double penetration at Bubba’s bar. She couldn’t even decide which was worse.
Fuck.
Her only reprieve was that these rubes hadn’t seen the actual footage, only heard about its existence. Their jabs were too vague, too generic—not the pointed, specific humiliation they’d surely inflict if they’d seen her specific indiscretions.
Small mercies.
Hoyt snickered, picking something from between his yellowed teeth with a dirt-crusted fingernail. “Bet she’s real strict when she’s on duty though. All ‘hands up’ and ‘spread ‘em’… til the tables turn.”
“Then it’s all ‘yes sir, no sir, whatever you want sir,’” Caleb added, his voice carrying a darker edge beneath the mockery.
Kayla watched his fingers twitch, noted the shift in his posture, leaning forward, keyed up. The tactical part of her brain registered him as the most immediate physical threat. Eames might run this outback circus, but Caleb was the loaded gun waiting to go off. She’d have to watch out for him.
“You don’t know a damn thing about me,” Kayla said. “Joe’s a manipulative bastard with an agenda. I’m here to settle accounts, not to sit through amateur hour at the comedy club.” She swept her gaze across the table. “So just shut the fuck up. All of you.” After a beat of stunned silence, she added a flat and final “Sir.”
The room went still. Even Caleb’s twitchy fingers froze mid-drum. No more taunts came forth. No laughter. Only hard, cruel stares. Eames leaned back in his chair, amusement drained from his face. He tapped a yellowed fingernail against the tabletop, studying her.
Kayla sensed the shift. Had she gone too far? Had she let her pride disrupt the fragile balance she so desperately needed to maintain?
Eames’ jaw worked, chewing on some unspoken thought. “Well now,” he said at last. “Girl’s got some bite.” He leaned forward, placing both hands flat on the table. “Which gets me thinkin’… That kind of confidence don’t come from nowhere. Mayhaps our copper’s got more than tough words hidden under them tight clothes.” He glanced sidelong at her. “Big-city hotshot like this one might be wearin’ a wire.” He grinned, teeth brown and wet. “After all, can’t trust pigs not to squeal.”
Kayla nearly laughed at the absurdity. A wire? As if she had backup waiting in the wings. As if anyone knew where she was. As if she hadn’t come to this hellhole precisely because she couldn’t risk discovery. What the hell did they think she was hiding? A second career in the FBI? She wasn’t Natalie fucking Swann.
But the accusation carried real danger. These paranoid clowns might tear her apart looking for nonexistent surveillance gear.
Before she could snap a retort, Caleb chimed in from the table. “What’s keepin’ us from friskin’ her down right now, Pa?” His meaty hands curled in an obscene pantomime of groping. “I’d reckon findin’ out what other surprises this coal burner’s got tucked away’d be worth a feel.”
Coal burner. She’d heard it all before. Whispered behind her back at the academy, shouted in the heat of riots, muttered through bloodied lips by perps in cuffs. She was used to the venom. But hearing it here, now, when she was at her most vulnerable, exposed, alone—it landed deeper than she expected.
It wasn’t just the word. It was everything they saw when they looked at her. Not Officer Kayla Price, decorated cop, respected community member. Not a family woman with a life, a name, a worth. Just a black bitch who’d stepped out of place.
A thing to be broken. A body to be used.
Eames raised a bushy eyebrow. “Stand up,” he said. “Get out on the floor where we can see you proper.”
Kayla didn’t move. She reached for her water cup—chipped ceramic, greasy fingerprints smeared along the rim—and took a slow sip. The tepid liquid rolled across her tongue before she swallowed.
“You deaf, Negra?” Caleb said, his small eyes narrowing to slits.
Kayla set the cup down with deliberate care, the soft clink loud in the tense room. She wiped a droplet from her lower lip with her thumb, then met Caleb’s stare head-on.
“No,” she said coolly. “Just savoring the hospitality... Sir.”
Eames’ leathery face darkened. “On your feet. Now. Not gonna ask ye again.” His hand strayed to the gun at his belt.
Placing both hands flat on the table, Kayla pushed back hard. The chair legs scraped harshly against worn linoleum as she rose to her full height. Even barefoot, she towered over the seated men’s tobacco-stunted bodies. Morning light from the grimy kitchen window caught the defined muscles of her shoulders and arms, casting them in stark relief.
With a snort, she stepped away from the table and out onto the open floor, squaring off in front of the men. Her stance was grounded. Shoulders back, feet planted shoulder-width apart, hands resting on her hips—the same position she took during tense standoffs with armed suspects. Ready. Always ready.
Eames considered her for a long moment, then made a lazy gesture. “Take off that shirt,” he said. “Slow like.”
Kayla’s nostrils flared. “There’s no wire,” she said flatly. “I came alone. Just like Joe instructed.”
A sharp crack split the air as Eames slammed his palm against the table, making dishes rattle. “You think I give two shits what you say? You’re a cop. Lying comes natural as breathing to your kind.”
“Plus,” Hoyt added with a greasy grin, “we know you ain’t exactly the picture of honesty, are ya? How’s your husband feel about them… extracurricular activities?”
The mention of Reggie sent a cold blade straight through her. Kayla’s hands clenched at her sides, tendons standing out like steel cables beneath her dark skin. Reggie. Her rock. Her partner in life. Even on the days when duty hollowed her out, he’d been the one to pick her up and put her back together. The one person who knew the real Kayla Price beneath the badge and bravado. The man she had betrayed in the most unforgivable way.
“That’s right,” Eames said, reading her reaction. “Unless you want that dirty little home movie debutin’ on hubby’s big screen—shirt off. And make it entertaining.”
Kayla weighed her options, though there really were none. They all knew what leverage Joe had on her. What leverage they had now, by extension. Refusing would only provoke more violence, and she needed to avoid further injury if she hoped to find a way out of this nightmare. Get through this, get those videos, get home to her family—that was the mission. Besides, she’d been searched before. By perps, by Internal Affairs. This would be no different.
Moving slow, partly to demonstrate there were no weapons or recording devices hidden under her clothing and partly to preserve a sliver of dignity, Kayla gripped the hem of her tank top and rolled it upward in steady increments, baring her muscular torso inch by inch. The sweat-damp fabric peeled away with a soft whisper, bright white cotton giving way to glossy ebony flesh.
Her abdomen came into view first. The powerful core that had carried her through foot pursuits and riot lines. A flat terrain of hardened muscle now exposed for these vermin to gawk at. Higher still the shirt went, up past the curve of her rib cage, revealing the swell of her breasts beneath a sturdy black sports bra. She paused there, the tank top bunched below her neck.
“All the way,” Eames said. “Need to check for wires proper.”
Kayla snorted, then worked the top carefully over her head, tugging it free of her braids. The motion pulled her shoulders back, emphasizing the breadth of them. She extended one arm, offering the bunched garment to Eames as if presenting evidence. “Satisfied?” she asked, voice flat. “No wires.”
Eames’ fingers brushed hers as he took the bundle. “We’ll see,” he muttered, unfolding the top and turning it inside out. His gnarled fingers probed the fabric with exaggerated thoroughness, stretching it, feeling for any bulge or thread that might betray hidden tech.
Finding nothing, he brought the shirt to his face and inhaled deeply, nostrils flaring as he took in the scent of her body. His eyes fluttered shut in perverse bliss.
“Mmm, you smell real nice for a Negra,” he drawled. “Sweet n’ clean. Like you scrubbed extra hard before coming to meet your masters.”
A breath hissed from Kayla’s lungs. Masters. Her teeth ground together so hard a sharp pain shot through her damaged incisor.
But years of professional discipline held her in place. Every drunk who’d spit in her face, every gangbanger who’d threatened her family, every domestic abuser who’d called her unspeakable names had ironically prepared her for this moment. For swallowing rage and maintaining control when every instinct screamed for violence.
“You’re wasting time, Sir,” she said. “If you’ve confirmed there’s no wire, I’d appreciate my shirt back.”
Her request fell on deaf ears. Three pairs of male eyes stared at her chest. Hoyt snorted. “Ain’t no rush. Might as well enjoy the view.”
The sports bra clung to her sweat-slick skin, her nipples pressing hard against the fabric. The practical compression garment wasn’t designed to enhance or entice, but rather to contain and support during workouts and physical confrontations. Yet even this utilitarian undergarment couldn’t diminish the impressive curves of her breasts.
“That’s some heavy-duty scaffolding you got there,” Eames remarked, nodding toward her bra. “Could be hiding all manner of things underneath. Them jugs are big enough to conceal a whole radio transmitter.”
His gaze dropped lower, lingering on her powerful thighs and the curve of her hips beneath the snug Lycra briefs. The black fabric contrasted with her glossy skin, emphasizing the muscular contours of her lower body.
“Look at that,” Hoyt said, letting out a slow whistle. “Thighs like a damn ox. Strip her bare, Pa. Let’s see the whole package.”
Caleb grunted in agreement, his small eyes roving her bare skin. “Gotta know what she’s worth for the work.”
Eames nodded slowly. “Boys got a point.” He tossed her white top onto the table, where it landed in a grease-slick puddle of spilled stew. “I need to be sure there ain’t nothin’ else hidden on your person. Besides, can’t properly evaluate physical capabilities with all that coverage.” He gestured vaguely toward her remaining undergarments. “Ain’t that right, boys?”
Hoyt and Caleb nodded eagerly, like bratty children promised a treat. Their eyes traveled the expanse of her body with the hunger of men who rarely saw female flesh that wasn’t on a computer screen or magazine page.
Kayla forced herself to stay composed. “I think I’ve proven beyond reasonable doubt I’m not wearing a wire.” Her voice came out steady, authoritative. “This has gone far enough.”
Eames’ face darkened. “Wasn’t a request, Negra. See, we need to evaluate what kind of labor that body’s suited for.”
“Labor?” Kayla echoed, genuine confusion momentarily overriding her anger. “What labor?”
“Farm needs tendin’,” Eames said with a shrug. “Fields need plowin’, animals need feedin’. Got plenty of heavy lifting needs doing ‘round here. That strong body of yours ought to be good for something besides chasin’ down our kind.”
Hoyt snickered. “Yeah, and bare skin’s more practical in this heat. Them fancy clothes’ll get in the way of honest work.”
“Plus,” Caleb added, licking his lips, “easier to hose you down after. Get all that sweat and dirt off.”
The implication hung heavy in the possum-infused kitchen air. Kayla’s mind raced. She glanced toward the front door, gauging the distance. Too far. Even if she made it out before Eames shot her in the back, where would she go? Miles of wilderness surrounded the farm, and she’d be easy to track. A half-naked black woman stumbling barefoot through unfamiliar redneck terrain. They’d find her. Hurt her worse. And by extension, hurt her family.
“Fine,” she bit out. “Let’s just get this over with.”
Grinning victoriously, Eames leaned back and motioned for her to begin. “Bra first. Let’s see what you’re packing under that armored buster.”
Hoyt and Caleb leaned forward in their seats, elbows on the table, breakfast forgotten as they prepared to enjoy the show. Their breath quickened, close-set eyes widening.
In the tense silence, a fly buzzed furiously against the windowpane, trapped behind grimy glass. Kayla sympathized all too well.
Once again, she kept her movements slow and steady. Her dark eyes bored into Eames’ rheumy ones, communicating silently what her current position wouldn’t allow her to say aloud: I won’t forget this. Someday, when you least expect it, I’ll make you pay for every moment of this humiliation.
The last thing she wanted was to put on a show. But the mechanics of removing the tight compression garment made it unavoidable. The elastic snapped against her skin as she reached behind to unhook the clasps, the metallic clicks abnormally loud in the hushed room.
She let the straps slide down her muscular arms inch by excruciating inch. Three sets of male eyes tracked every movement. Their breaths coming eager and filthy.
The snug fabric clung to her sweat-slick skin, reluctant to let go. Her fingers hooked beneath the damp lower band, working it upward. Finally, the garment came free. Her breasts gave a subtle bounce, shifted, then settled on her chest. Full and round, they sat high despite their generous weight. Her near-black nipples puckered in the morning chill, standing firm against smooth, dark skin.
She held the bra out toward Eames, dangling from one finger. He didn’t take it. Just let her stand there—arm extended, breasts bared—like some fool waiting for a pat on the head.
Topless, Kayla’s upper body was on full display. The ridged planes of her abdomen contracted and released with each breath, shifting beneath dark, glossy skin. Her arms and shoulders, thick and bulging from heavy weight lifting, projected strength that could break any man in that room in a fair fight—a fact that clearly both excited and unsettled these inbred hillbillies.
“Damn,” Caleb breathed, his small pig-like eyes widening. “Look at them tits on her.”
Hoyt let out a low whistle through his teeth. “Shit, them’s bigger than I expected. Like two damn Jack o’ Lantern pumpkins.” His bony Adam’s apple bobbed as he swallowed hard. “Bet they weigh a ton.”
“African bounty,” Eames said. “Nature sure didn’t skimp when handing out the goods to your kind, did it, girl? Bet them sweater busters make running after criminals a real challenge.”
Kayla said nothing. But her silence pulsed electric.
Eames finally reached forward and plucked the sports bra from her finger. As before, he made a show of examining every inch—turning it over, stretching the fabric, fingering the seams, pressing the underwire like he expected it to snap open and reveal a wiretap.
“Impressive engineering,” he remarked with a leer. “Clearly, it takes some serious construction to hold up cannons like those.”
Kayla rolled her eyes.
Finding nothing suspicious, Eames tossed the bra carelessly onto the cluttered breakfast table, where it joined her tank top amid the dirty dishes and congealed food remnants. One cup sagged against the grimy surface, gathering crumbs and sticky residue.
Kayla made no move to cover herself. Let them look, she thought, let them feast their eyes on a real woman for once in their pitiful lives. Maybe they’d learn something. Though she harbored little faith in their capacity to grasp even the faintest notion of human respect.
Her breasts rose and fell with each slow, controlled breath, full and unapologetic on her frame. They’d always been one of her best assets—Reggie’s quiet pride, Zoe’s inheritance—drawing admiring glances from men and women alike in more consensual circumstances.
“Lookit them chocolate drops standin’ up,” Hoyt snickered, nudging his brother. “Think she’s enjoying the fresh air, or just happy to see us?”
Kayla frowned. A quick downward glance confirmed his observation. Her nipples did indeed stand fully erect, jutting starkly from ebony areolas. The chill, no doubt. Or adrenaline. Rage perhaps. But not arousal.
Definitely not arousal.
Eames slashed a hand through the air, cutting off the boys’ laughter. Then he turned back to Kayla.
“You’re not done yet, Negra. Keep going,” he said.
Breathing through flared nostrils, Kayla hooked her thumbs into the waistband of her black briefs. The fabric had ridden up during her ordeal, cutting into the crease where thigh met hip. For one heartbeat, she hesitated, hovering at the last barrier between defiance and total exposure. Then steel replaced the momentary doubt.
She pushed the underwear down with firm determination—no suggestive wiggling, no entertainment for her audience. The elastic caught briefly on the swell of her muscular backside before relenting with a muted snap, sliding past her thighs, her knees, her calves—until the black scrap pooled at her ankles. Kayla stepped one foot free, then the other.
Between her powerful thighs nestled a dense patch of coarse black curls, untrimmed and natural. No Brazilian waxes or landing strips for Officer Price—she had neither the time nor the inclination for that fancy bullshit. And in this moment, she was glad for it. The thick triangle of hair stood like a shield between her most intimate parts and their prying eyes, a final barrier of sorts.
Hoyt leaned forward, gaze fixed on that pubic bush, his thin lips curling into a sneer. “Whoowee, lookit that,” he said, elbowing his brother. “Looks like she brought a bit of the jungle with her.”
Caleb snorted, spittle webbing at the corner of his mouth. “That it? Like to keep some memories of home with you, monkey girl?”
The nasty slur hit harder than all their previous taunts combined, cutting through Kayla’s wall of detachment. Her hands, which had been hanging loosely at her sides, curled into tight fists.
“You kiss your mama with that mouth?” she snapped, the words out before she could stop them.
“Nah,” Hoyt chimed in. “But I bet he’d like to kiss them titties of yours.”
A muscle twitched in Kayla’s jaw. “Try it and you’ll be eating through a straw for the next six months.”
These men might have her outnumbered and outgunned, but anyone who laid hands on her would bleed for the privilege. The confidence radiating from her naked form was that of a lioness among hyenas.
Kayla moved to kick the undergarment aside, ready to be done with this charade—but a voice in the back of her mind stopped her. No. He’ll demand them too. Better to give them up than have them taken by force.
Bending at the waist, spine straight and dignified, she reached down and picked up the discarded briefs. Her breasts swayed forward, heavy and pendulous. She straightened, extended her arm toward Eames with a flat “Here.”
Like before with her bra, Eames didn’t take the panties right away. His eyes traveled from her face down to her breasts, across the flat plane of her stomach, to the thicket between her legs, then back up again. Taking inventory. Appraising merchandise.
Go ahead and look, you bastard. Look at what you can’t have.
He finally accepted the garment, and this time, the inspection was even more intimate. He turned the black briefs inside out, stretching the waistband, probing the seams like he expected to find a transmitter stitched into the crotch.
There was nothing there. They all knew it. But that wasn’t the point. This was power play, pure and simple. Eames staking his claim. With exaggerated care, he held the underwear up to the light, squinting at the cotton crotch panel with disturbing intensity.
“Hmm,” he mused, “damp, I see.”
Before Kayla could protest that assessment, he pressed the fabric to his face and inhaled deeply. His eyes stayed locked on hers the whole time. A slow, lecherous grin spread across his face as he breathed in her most private scent like it was perfume.
“Mmm-mm,” he hummed. “That there’s wet cop cunt alright. Tangy n’ ripe. Been a while since I smelled pussy this strong.” He passed the underwear to Hoyt. “Here, boy. Get a whiff of that. It’ll put hair on yer chest.”
Hoyt eagerly grabbed the garment, burying his face in the fabric and taking a theatrical sniff. “Damn,” he exclaimed with a leer. “Smells better than Mama’s cornbread.”
Caleb snatched them next, rubbing the crotch panel against his nose. “Bet it tastes even better,” he said, tongue darting out to lick the fabric in a long sweep.
Heat rushed to Kayla’s face. Her hands clenched into fists at her sides, nails biting crescents into her palms. The urge to smash their faces into the table, to let noses meet knuckles, was almost overwhelming. Instead, she stood tall, impassive, suffering the indignity in composed silence as the men’s crude assessment of her intimates continued.
Finally, Eames turned his attention back to Kayla, eyes narrowing. “Hands on your head.”
Kayla frowned. “What for? You’ve verified I’m not wired.” She gestured to her fully exposed body. The only thing left on her was her wedding band—slim, golden, glinting against the dark skin of her finger. It was a painful reminder of the life waiting for her beyond this nightmare, of what she stood to lose if she didn’t find a way to destroy those videos.
“Didn’t ask for your opinion,” Eames said. “Hands. On. Your. Head. Now.”
A tense moment stretched between them, the battle of wills played out in locked gazes. Kayla didn’t blink. But resistance was pointless here. She exhaled through the nose and raised muscular arms, interlacing her long fingers behind her neck. Eyes level, she balanced her weight evenly, feet planted shoulder-width apart.
The pose accentuated every hard-earned contour of her physique. It thrust her chest forward, showcasing her heavy breasts with their dark, jutting nipples. Her abs tightened, emphasizing the corded ridges of muscle bracketing her toned midriff. Her skin gleamed, smooth and dark like polished obsidian.
But her body wasn’t flawless.
The puckered scar tissue across her left shoulder blade—souvenir from a knife-wielding perp three years back—pulled tight as she rotated her arm. Similar marks, most earned in the line of duty, stood out against her dark skin. A bullet graze along her right ribs, a thin line bisecting her left eyebrow where a beer bottle had connected during a bar fight intervention. Each mark told a story of a body that endured. Of a woman who never backed down.
“That’s it. Good pig.” Eames twirled his finger in a circular motion. “Now turn around nice and slow so we can get the full picture. And keep those hands right where they are.”
The command grated against every fiber of Kayla’s being. Obedience had never come easy to her. It went against her nature, especially to entitled white men like these. But survival meant playing along, keeping her temper in check.
The worn linoleum creaked beneath her bare feet as she slowly rotated a half-turn, allowing them to inspect her from all angles like livestock at auction. The comparison made fresh bile rise in her throat, but she swallowed it back, maintained her posture. Back straight, shoulders squared, head high.
As her profile came into view, she caught the shift in the men’s breathing. A groan escaped from one of them—she didn’t bother to track which. They were all the same. Male vermin.
She kept turning, the movement rolling through her body in controlled increments, thighs flexing, abdominals tightening to maintain her core stability. She tried lessening her breasts’ wobbling, but the heavy mounds wouldn’t cooperate, swaying on her chest with each subtle shift of her feet.
When her broad back and naked ass stood fully presented to her audience, she stopped. She was glad to not have to face the bastards, but wary too of the tactical disadvantage. Having her back to the enemy was never safe.
The pose pulled her spine taut, drawing attention to the deep arch where her lower back flared into the mighty swell of her ass. Years of squats and lunges, combined with her natural African genetics had sculpted her glutes into high, powerful mounds that bragged not only of aesthetics but of genuine strength.
Hoyt let out another low whistle, chair scraping as he shifted for a better view. “Damn, look at that juicy booty!” His voice rose an octave with excitement. “Round as a summer peach and twice as firm.”
Kayla stood facing the dingy wall with its greasy wallpaper, aware of three sets of eyes burning on her ass. Sweat beaded between her shoulder blades, trickling down her spine, but she didn’t turn. Didn’t so much as twitch.
“And them thick legs go all the way up,” Caleb added, the rustle of denim and scrape of belt leather making his under-the-table adjustments obvious. “Bet she could run down any perp in the county. Damn, Pa. She’s built like a brick shithouse.”
Again, filthy words. But edged with fear.
They could all see what her body could do. The raw power in her legs. The torque in her shoulders. The restrained violence humming beneath her skin. Kayla smirked bitterly. Under different circumstances, that power might command respect. But here, in this den of degradation, it only made their need to dominate her more urgent.
Hoyt straightened in his chair, a new thought brightening his dull features. “Hey, maybe we take her down to the county fair next month,” he suggested. “Charge five dollars a ride.” He grabbed his thighs and started bouncing in place, making obscene noises. “Get yosself a gold-medal rodeo experience. Yeehaw!”
Laughter exploded behind Kayla. Harsh, guttural sounds that bounced off the grimy walls and drilled into her ears. Heat crawled up her neck, spreading across her face in a flush that thankfully wouldn’t show on her dark skin.
They were reducing her to a fairground ride. Not even a woman. A thing. A fucking sideshow.
Kayla kept her expression impassive as she resumed her rotation, offering these cretins the full 360-degree viewing experience of what a trained law enforcement body looked like. The muscles in her thighs bunched and released with each incremental step, powerful glutes jumping and shifting under taut ebony skin, breasts jiggling, core tight.
She finished the circle and faced front again. Chest exposed. Legs grounded. Back straight. The heat inside her hadn’t cooled. If anything, it had sharpened. Her gaze locked on Eames, daring him to blink first.
His laughter rasped out like the dry scrape of gravel. “Got ourselves a regular circus performer here, boys. Spins real pretty.” He leaned forward in his chair, elbows on knees. “But I need a closer look at the merchandise. Can’t properly evaluate from all the way over here.”
His tone made her skin crawl. Not a man admiring a woman. A butcher eyeing fucking meat.
Eames stood then and approached her. He circled her naked form, assessing her value, her capabilities, her potential for various ‘uses.’
Kayla kept her hands laced behind her head, spine locked, feet planted shoulder-width apart—anchored by the raw discipline drilled into her body over a dozen years on the force.
His gaze was like a physical touch: dragging up her thighs. Lingering on the tight curls between her legs. Pausing at her calves, her ass, her back, her shoulders. Each area received its own separate evaluation, as though he were mentally cataloging her body for future reference. She was nothing but a sum of parts to him. Marketable. Disposable.
Kayla bit down on the inside of her cheek until the coppery taste of blood filled her mouth. Anything to ground herself. Anything but giving him a reaction.
When he stopped in front of her, he was so close the stale tobacco on his breath polluted her air. Their height difference made his head come level with her bare breasts. Her nipples, still tight from the cold, pointed directly at his weathered face.
She hated the coincidence of it. Hated that her body gave them anything they could interpret as arousal. Hated even more that she couldn’t do a damn thing about it.
Without warning, Eames’ hands shot forward. Rough fingers spread wide across her flanks, skin to skin. His dry and callused, hers smooth and taut.
“Strong,” he murmured appreciatively, “Real strong.” His nicotine-stained thumbs traveled upward, tracing the ridges of her abdomen. They followed the dips between each muscle group, lingering in the natural valleys where sweat had begun to bead from the tension of holding her position and suffering these men’s unwanted attention.
The pads of his fingers drummed across her stomach, testing the density of the muscle beneath, pressing inward to gauge the firmness. “Solid as oak,” he said, nodding. “Got yourself a proper warrior’s body, don’t you?”
Kayla’s skin crawled at the unwanted contact, nerve endings firing protest signals that her brain forcibly suppressed. You don’t move. You don’t give them more. You survive.
She may have been able to hold the sons at bay, preventing them from touching her. But Eames? There wasn’t much she could do about denying him the privilege. Not without setting the whole damn powder keg off.
As his exploration continued, she remained stone-still. Her breaths came slow and even—in through flared nostrils, out through barely parted lips. Each inhale tamped down the urge to gag. Each exhale was a silent vow: Not one reaction. Not one tear. Not one win for them.
Eames circled her again, moving behind her now, outside her line of sight. That was worse. She tracked the sound of his boots, braced herself.
A single gnarled finger touched her spine, right below the nape of her neck. He dragged it downward, counting vertebrae with his hard nail. A ripple of warning ran through her frame, every survival mechanism in her DNA screaming at her to protect her most vulnerable areas from attack.
She didn’t.
“Stand still,” Eames said, annoyance thick in his voice.
She did.
When his finger reached the curve above her ass, just short of her tailbone, he stopped.
He wouldn’t dare—
Kayla nearly lost control when his hands found her ass. Callused palms spread wide, greedy and rough, encompassing the full curve of her glutes, or as much of them as he could fit into his grasp. His fingers dug into the muscle, squeezing the firm flesh. Kneading. Like she was fucking bread dough. The pressure increased as he explored the density of each massive globe, his thumbs pressing inward to leave hot indentations in her skin.
“Now this,” Eames said, addressing his sons past her shoulder like she wasn’t even there, “this is what you call a prime piece of ass. Nice, round, and tight. Bet it’d look real good bouncing on a white cock.”
Kayla bristled at that scenario, then subtly smirked in a mental middle finger. In your dreams, white boy.
As if to punish her silent defiance, Eames’ hand slid lower, dipping between her thighs from behind. His fingers sifted through the dense thatch of curls, pulling at the coarse hairs.
Kayla stiffened. This was going too far. She half turned her head to tell him to get his fucking hands off her. But then checked herself with a frustrated grunt. Don’t interfere. Don’t provoke. You know the drill now.
“Damn,” Eames muttered, oblivious to her internal battle. “This bush’s thick enough to hide a whole damn surveillance team. Might need to conduct a more thorough search of the premises. You understand, don’t you, Officer Price?”
The emphasis on her title was deliberate, reminding her of exactly how far she’d fallen from her position of authority. Kayla’s teeth clenched hard.
“I need verbal consent, Officer,” Eames prompted. “I’m awaiting your permission to proceed.”
Kayla’s throat constricted. He wanted her to say it. To authorize her own violation. A fresh flood of hatred surged through her veins. But she choked it back. Survival won. It always had to win.
“You have my permission to... search the premises, Sir,” she managed, each word tight as it fell from her lips.
A low chuckle rumbled from Eames’ chest behind her. “That’s more like it. I think we both can agree proper procedure matters. Don’t it, Officer?”
Kayla’s nostrils flared as she drew in a measured breath. The bastard was mocking her, twisting police protocol into a weapon against her. “Yes,” she answered flatly. “It’s important.”
“That’s right.” Eames’ voice was ripe with smug satisfaction. “And a good little Negra like yourself oughta know all about that, being a servant of the law and all.”
The moment his gnarled hand clamped over her pussy from behind, Kayla’s spine went rigid as rebar. His gnarled fingers combed through her pubic hair like he was searching for ticks on a dog. Each tug sent sharp prickles across her skin, the coarse curls caught and yanked by his dirty nails.
“Thick as jungle grass,” Eames said. “Gonna take some time to machete through all this underbrush.”
His fingers found her labia, wiggling between the meaty lips. Two callused digits forced their way into her vaginal canal, rough and dry. Kayla bit back a gasp, the sudden intrusion shocking despite her mental preparation. Her inner walls clamped down hard, muscles contracting.
Every instinct screamed at her to grab his wrist and snap it like kindling. Yet she didn’t move a finger from where they interlaced at the back of her head. Her face stayed blank as carved stone while the old man’s dirty digits probed deeper, curling upward to rake against her vaginal walls. The bastard twisted his wrist, ensuring maximum coverage, like he was actually conducting some grotesque cavity search. His jagged nails scraped her delicate tissues, each curl and jab a fresh burn that made her eyes water.
“Gotta be thorough,” he said, voice thick with perverse enjoyment. “Never know where you city cops might stash your secret equipment.”
From the table came the dual cadence of Hoyt and Caleb panting like dogs in heat, their eyes glued to the violation. The sloppy sounds produced by Eames’ fingers pumping in and out filled the kitchen.
Kayla’s biceps bulged as she fought to keep her arms locked behind her head. The powerful muscles in her shoulders bunched and flexed, ebony skin gleaming with a sheen of cold sweat. Her abs contracted rhythmically with each controlled breath, the ridged terrain rising and falling like ocean swells.
“OK, that’s enough,” she managed, her voice tighter than she’d intended. Officer Price asserting herself while being finger-fucked by a racist piece of trash.
Eames ignored her. His fingers drove deeper, knuckles disappearing between her labia. “My, my, Officer,” he drawled. “You’re mighty wet for someone who ain’t enjoying this. Slick as river mud.” He twisted his fingers again, purposely brushing against nerve endings that sent unwanted signals shooting through her body.
Fresh heat exploded across Kayla’s face. Her body’s natural lubrication was just biology—protection against tissue damage during penetration, unwanted or not. But this son of a bitch made it seem like her pussy was betraying her.
Fuck him. Fuck all of them.
“Need to go deeper,” Eames announced, withdrawing his fingers before shoving them back with brutal force. “Spread wider.”
Kayla ground her jaw until her damaged tooth sent sharp spikes of pain through her skull. The quiet protest did her no good. Compliance was still non-negotiable.
She adjusted her stance on the sticky linoleum, widening the distance between her feet by several inches. The position stretched her inner thigh muscles, creating a burning tension that radiated up into her hips. She might be strong as an ox, but she wasn’t flexible. Never had been.
“Arch that back,” he ordered. “Need a better angle.”
Kayla tilted her pelvis forward, curved her spine, let him have easier access to violate her. The adjustment shifted her heavy breasts, their substantial weight swaying forward. Her nipples remained erect in the chilly kitchen air. Dark peaks that drew hungry stares from the trio of inbred voyeurs.
The penetration intensified. Eames’ hand mashed her pubic bone until his digits reached cervical depths, the pressure borderline painful. The burn made her rise onto her toes before she caught herself and settled back flat-footed. Her vaginal muscles clenched hard around the invasion, trying to force him out. Eames seemed to take that as encouragement. He added a third finger, stretching her wider.
“Mm-hmm,” he hummed against her shoulder blade, breath hot and rank. “Real accommodating. Good thing too, considering what’s ahead of you.”
Kayla fixed her stare at a water stain on the far wall, willing her mind away from this degradation. She’d endured much in her life—street fights where she’d been outnumbered, a knife wound that had nearly taken her arm, that time she’d been trapped in a burning car after a high-speed pursuit gone wrong. Yet somehow none of those things compared to this violation.
Eames’ hand twisted around, knuckles grinding deeper, the callused heel of his palm mashing against her clit. The pressure sent an unwanted jolt through her nervous system—pure physiology, nerve endings firing without her consent. She grunted. The noise came out far more appreciative than she’d meant it to. But it was too late to take it back now.
“Why, I do believe the good officer liked that,” Eames said. He angled his hand to increase the pressure against her clit. “Old Eames always knows how to make a woman respond, don’t he, boys?”
Hoyt and Caleb muttered agreement, shifting in their seats. The fronts of their overalls tented noticeably.
Kayla’s thighs trembled from the strain of holding position. Every muscle fiber in her legs burned with the effort of staying upright, staying still, staying silent while this bastard used her.
No more. She’d had enough of this shit.
“Well?” she prompted, voice level despite the unwanted sensations rippling through her core. “Are we done playing TSA?”
“Almost,” Eames replied, finger curling to scrape against her g-spot. The pressure made her breath hitch before she regained control. “Just making sure we ain’t missed anything important. Joe says you’re smart. Resourceful. Can’t be too careful with your kind.”
Another wave of unwanted thrill rippled through her pelvis. Kayla’s powerful frame shook with the effort of resistance, against the rage—and yes, against the fucking arousal—threatening to consume her. Her African blood sang with the need for justice, for these men’s broken bodies at her feet—especially Eames. Yet she held perfectly still, subduing the urge to throw an elbow back into his ugly face.
“You know,” Eames said, “I’m impressed. Most women would be begging by now—either for me to stop or keep going.” Another curl of his fingers punctuated the statement. “But you just stand there, taking it like a soldier. Is that what they teach you at the police academy?”
“They teach us to endure,” Kayla replied through gritted teeth, neck corded with tension.
“Well, you’re certainly good at that,” Eames acknowledged, finally withdrawing his hand with a wet, obscene slurp. He held up the glistening digits, examining the slick coating. “Clean as a whistle,” he announced. “No shenanigans hidden in that pink cave.”
As if anyone had doubted that in the first place.
He made a show of wiping his fingers along the curve of her hip, leaving a damp trail on her dark skin. “Responsive too,” he added with a chuckle.
The casual cruelty of the gesture—marking her with her own fluids like a dog pissing on territory—sent a fresh wave of rage surging through Kayla’s veins. She channeled it into her stance, into the rigid control that kept her from whirling around and driving her knee into his groin.
That opportunity would come. Not now, but soon. Please make it be soon.
Eames came around to look her straight in the face. He reached up, grasped her strong jaw, forcing her to meet his gaze. The same fingers that had been inside her most intimate place now pressed against her cheeks, holding her face firm. The musky scent of her own cunt filled her nose, taunting her with its headiness. Kayla’s nostrils flared, trying to avoid inhaling the evidence of her body’s betrayal.
“You smell that, cow?” Eames said. “That’s what cop cunt smells like when being put in its place.”
That fucking word—cow—hit her like a baton to the gut. She wanted to spit in his withered face, show him exactly what this ‘cow’ could do to his scrawny neck. But the bastard had a point that burned worse than the rage: her pussy had gotten slick under his violation. Her own goddamn body betraying her while he finger-fucked her like a two-dollar whore.
“What do you think, boys?” Eames went on. “Just look at them powerful haunches, them broad shoulders. And mustn’t forget that spitfire temper neither.” He slapped Kayla’s jaw away, smirking. “Prime workin’ stock if I ever saw it. Hell, with that build, we could gear her up to pull the plow. Save us the trouble of replacing the old mare what died last winter.”
Working stock. Like she was some draft animal. Her African blood roared in her veins. These inbred shitheads saw her muscle, her power, and thought ‘beast of burden’. Not woman. Not human. Just an animal to harness and work to death.
“And those are some good hips for breeding,” Caleb added from the table, his pig-like eyes fixed on the flare of her pelvis. “Built to carry strong bucks, ain’t she, Pa?”
This new suggestion went beyond crazy. These motherfuckers were talking about using her as a broodmare. It wasn’t just about breaking her down or getting their rocks off—they were planning to keep her. Forever. Turn her into some kind of breeding machine for their fucked-up bloodline.
“I’m not here to work your fields or... breed,” she said, dropping the ‘sir’ bullshit. If Eames noticed, he didn’t care. Small fucking victory, but she’d take it. “Like I said, I’m here to settle things with Joe. That’s it. So how about we move this business along?”
Eames chuckled darkly, the sound rumbling from deep in his chest. “You really don’t understand what’s happening here, do you pig?” Despite having to crane his neck to meet her eyes, the little weasel projected menace. “For the next week or two, you’re ours, Negra. And we intend to make full use of you. Can’t have you sitting idle on the farm while sleeping under our roof and eating our food.”
Kayla stared back at him, using every inch of her height to tower over his pathetic frame. Even naked, outnumbered, and temporarily outmaneuvered, she was still Officer Kayla Price—dangerous as hell when cornered.
“Turn back around and bend over the table,” Eames said. “Need to check one more place.”
Kayla’s blood turned to Arctic sludge. She knew exactly what ‘one more place’ meant. The sick fuck wanted to probe her ass like she was some kind of drug mule.
“No.” The word exploded from her throat. “That’s enough. You’ve already proved I’m not wearing a wire, and a hell of a lot more besides.” Despite the vocal protest, her hands stayed locked behind her head. The contradiction did not go unnoticed, least of all by herself.
Eames’ face went dark as storm clouds. “Didn’t ask your opinion, pig. I said bend over.”
“And I said no,” Kayla met his glare with steel. The kitchen went dead silent. Even the buzzing flies seemed to sense the standoff. “You’ve had your fun. Here’s where it ends.”
Her body tensed, ready for confrontation. If they wanted to violate her further, they’d have to fight for the chance. These malnourished hillbillies wouldn’t stand a chance in hand-to-hand combat.
Eames flicked his eyes toward Hoyt, some silent signal passing between them. The scarecrow unfolded from his chair and grabbed the shotgun by the wall—the same one she’d spotted earlier—bringing the weapon up to point at Kayla.
“This pretty little piece says you’ll do exactly what Pa tells you,” Hoyt drawled, the twin barrels aimed right between her breasts.
Kayla’s heart stuttered. Shit. Shit. All the martial arts training in the world meant fuck-all against a buckshot at close range. One squeeze of that trigger and—
A cold sweat broke out across her skin.
“Now,” Eames said, “bend over the table like the good little law-abiding bitch you are, or Hoyt here will put a hole right through them big titties of yours.”
The math was simple. A finger up her ass was degrading but survivable. A shotgun blast would end any chance of making it home to Reggie and Zoe.
Her face was carved from granite as the words ground out: “Alright. But this better be the last ‘inspection’.”
“I’ll be the judge of that,” Eames replied, jerking his head toward the table.
Kayla lowered her arms from behind her head, blood rushing back into her shoulders in sharp tingles. Walking to that table felt like a death march, each step taking her further from the woman she’d been this morning and deeper into whatever hell these monsters had planned. Still, she approached with the dignified stride of a warrior, her naked body gleaming, thighs flexing with controlled strength, her cunt still tender from Eames’ rough probing.
Hoyt and Caleb scrambled to clear a space for her, shoving plates and cups to one end of the table. Possum stew splattered everywhere, chunks of gray meat hitting the floor with wet slaps. An empty beer bottle teetered on the edge of the table next to the crumpled pile of her clothing.
Kayla planted her palms flat against the scarred wood, the surface sticky with ancient grease and fresh spills. The position made her heavy breasts hang down, nipples still tight from cold and adrenaline. Her back leveled into a taut plane, muscles rippling from shoulders to hips, the ridges of her spine creating subtle valleys in her dark skin.
“Lower,” Eames said. “Tits to the table.”
Kayla’s head snapped around to glare at him. “You said bend over. I’m bent over.”
The shotgun’s metallic click-click froze her blood. “Pa said tits to the table, monkey girl,” Hoyt echoed.
Rage surged through her veins, hot and acid. The racial slur burned in her ears, igniting fresh fury that had nowhere to go. Nowhere except inward, where it joined the growing inferno of humiliation and violated dignity.
Resentment radiating from every pore, Kayla lowered her torso until her breasts flattened against the filthy table. Bits of congealed stew stuck to her skin, cold and slimy. The position arched her back severely, thrusting her substantial ass up and out like an offering.
“Spread those legs wider,” Eames instructed, moving behind her. “Can’t do a proper cornhole search with your thighs all bunched up like that.”
Kayla shuffled her feet apart, feeling the stretch in her inner thighs. The table creaked with her shifting weight, her palms leaving sweaty prints on the aged wood.
“That’s better.” Eames stepped closer, his presence a looming darkness behind her. “Now keep them cheeks relaxed. Makes it easier for both of us.”
“Just get it over with already,” Kayla said. In her peripheral vision, Caleb and Hoyt watched avidly from their seats to either side of her, eyes gleaming with perverse excitement. Hoyt kept the shotgun trained on her, though his attention was split by the sight of her forcibly subdued body.
“In a rush to get ass-probed, are we?” Eames said. His weathered hand cracked against her right cheek, gnarled fingers spreading wide to grab as much of her seat-muscle as possible. “Oh yeah, these are mighty fine rumps you got there. Must spend a lot of time working them out.”
Kayla stared at a stain of spilled stew beneath her nose, the ends of her braids soaking up the greasy mess. Her mind latched onto that lesser indignity, trying to distance herself from what was about to happen.
“Answer when spoken to, Negra,” Eames prompted, delivering another sharp slap to her exposed ass. The crack echoed in the kitchen like a gunshot, followed by Hoyt’s appreciative whistle as the firm flesh jiggled briefly.
“Yes,” Kayla ground out, her voice tight. “I work out. Five days a week. Heavy squats. Deadlifts.”
“It shows,” Eames replied, his hand returning to knead the substantial mound of muscle. “Ain’t never felt an ass this firm on a woman your age. How old are you, anyway? Thirty-five? Forty?”
“Thirty-two,” she answered curtly. The bizarre normalcy of the conversation—discussing her fitness regimen while bent naked over a filthy table, waiting to have her anal cavity probed—only heightened the surrealism of the situation.
“Good age,” Eames mused, appraising her like prize cattle. “Prime years. Strong enough to work hard, experienced enough to know your place.”
His thumbs dug into the crevice separating her buttocks, pulling the firm globes apart to expose her most private orifice to the chill kitchen air. Kayla’s breath caught, her abdominal muscles contracting at the vulnerable sensation.
“Now, let’s see what we got here,” Eames muttered.
A gnarled finger traced the tight pucker of her anus, circling the wrinkled entrance with light pressure. Unwanted shivers raced up her spine, goosebumps erupting across her skin.
“Looks clear enough,” Eames said, his clinical tone belied by the eagerness in his voice. “But can’t be too careful. Some of these high-tech gadgets are mighty small these days.” His middle finger pressed firmer against her tight opening, the blunt tip forcing itself against the resistant ring of muscle.
“No,” Kayla protested, her voice sharper than intended. This was the line, the final violation she couldn’t stomach. “That’s far enough. There’s nothing there.”
The pressure increased, his fingertip working to breach her entrance. “Can’t trust a pig’s word,” Eames repeated, his free hand slamming down on the small of her back to pin her against the table. “Especially not a Negra pig. Everybody knows your kind lie as easy as breathing.”
“Stop!” Kayla’s command carried twelve years of authority on the Force. She half-rose from the table, back muscles bunching beneath her dark skin. The beer bottle that had been teetering on the table edge fell to the floor with a loud crash, exploding into glittering shards. “I’m not wearing a wire. I’m not recording anything. For fuck’s sake, there’s nothing hidden inside me!”
Her rebellion met with the cold press of gun metal against her temple.
“Shut. Up.” Hoyt had moved from his seat, leaning across the table to hover at her ear. The shotgun bores made ring-shaped dents in her skull. “Keep still and take it, or I’ll paint the walls with monkey brains.”
Kayla froze, caught between volcanic rage and cold calculation. Could she disarm Hoyt before he pulled the trigger? Take down all three despite being naked and outgunned?
No. Not without eating buckshot. And a dead cop, a dead mother, couldn’t protect her family from the fallout of those videos.
“OK, OK,” she relented, lowering her chest back to the sticky tabletop. Once more, her breasts flattened against the wood, smearing through droplets of congealed gravy. “Do what you have to do.”
Eames resumed his position, fingers spreading her ass cheeks wider. “Smart choice, officer. Now relax these muscles, or it’s gonna hurt a whole lot more.”
“How considerate,” Kayla muttered. She forced her glutes to unclench, consciously relaxing the tight ring of muscle guarding her back entrance. Without lubrication, this was going to be agony.
“You probably done worse to perps yourself, ain’t ya?” Eames said, returning his middle finger to her resistant opening. The callused digit pressed against the tight ring of muscle like a blunt chisel. “Bent ‘em over, shoved your fingers up their asses looking for drugs and whatnot.”
The coarse fingertip breached her with a sharp burn that tore a gasp from her throat. Kayla’s nails scraped against the table’s surface, leaving white scratches in the aged wood. The dry penetration sent fire shooting up her spine—raw, searing pain that made her pelvis spasm.
“No,” she managed through gritted teeth, voice tight as piano wire. “That’s not—” she inhaled sharply as his finger pushed deeper, “—not my department.”
Truth was, she’d never violated anyone like this. Search procedures typically involved gloves, proper facilities, medical oversight. Not some racist fuck jamming his dirty finger up a black woman’s ass while his inbred sons watched and jerked off.
“But you’ve held folks down while others did it, right?” Eames persisted, working his finger deeper into her clenched passage. The callused digit scraped against tender tissues, each millimeter of penetration an agony. “Kept ‘em still while your buddies violated ‘em just like this?”
Kayla’s blood roared in her ears. Her massive shoulders bunched, dark skin gleaming with cold sweat. Of all the shit she’d endured in her adult life, on duty or off, this had to rank among the absolute worst.
“Not like this,” she insisted, forehead pressed against the sticky tabletop, eyes squeezed shut against the burning invasion. “We follow—” A pained gasp escaped as his finger curled inside her, knuckle grinding against her inner walls. “—protocols. Warrants. Cause.”
Eames laughed. “Sure you do. When it suits ya.” His finger drove past the second knuckle, forcing her ring to stretch around his thick digit. “But we all know what happens in them interrogation rooms when the cameras are off.”
The conversation felt surreal—discussing police procedure while being anally penetrated by a degenerate hillbilly. Kayla’s mind fragmented, part of her trying to maintain dignity through intelligent conversation while her body processed the intimate violation of having a stranger’s unwashed finger buried in her bowels.
“Hold still,” he commanded, twisting his wrist to rotate the invading digit. “Getting there.”
The sudden motion sent fresh waves of agony radiating through her pelvis. Kayla bit down hard on her lower lip, tasting blood as her teeth reopened the split. She would not cry out. Would not give these monsters the satisfaction of hearing her break.
At the edge of her vision, Caleb leaned forward in his chair, eyes fixed on where his father’s hand disappeared between her spread buttocks. Drool connected his lower lip to his stained shirt in a thin strand, showcasing his arousal at her violation.
Kayla shot him a glare of such murderous intent he actually flinched, shrinking back in his seat. Even bent over naked with a finger up her ass and a gun to her head, Officer Kayla Price still projected an aura of lethal capability that made weaker men cower.
Eames’ finger probed further still, reaching depths that made Kayla wonder if he was attempting amateur colonoscopy rather than a cavity search. His bony middle finger was so far up her rectum she half-expected to taste it in the back of her throat. That grotesque imagery nearly made her empty her stomach of the rancid possum stew she’d forced down earlier. She swallowed hard against the nausea.
“Mighty tight back here,” Eames commented, his breathing growing heavier. “Guess hubby don’t take this route often, does he?”
The mention of Reggie sent a fresh wave of shame washing through her. What would her husband think if he could see her now? His strong, proud wife—the woman who’d taken down armed dealers, wrestled burly men to the ground before slapping them in cuffs—bent over naked in some backwoods kitchen, letting herself be anally penetrated by some racist piece of trash.
The thought of Reggie finding out about any of this—not just this degradation, but everything that had led to it—twisted like barbed wire in her gut.
But Eames had struck a different nerve without knowing it. Though Kayla had experimented with anal sex in her youth, Reggie had indeed never been back there. Not for lack of interest—he’d hinted at it more than once during their decade of marriage. But she’d always deflected, claiming discomfort or disinterest. As much as she got off on its taboo nature, assfucking didn’t seem part of a decent family life.
Yet no less than three weeks ago, high on coke and poor decisions at Bubba’s Bar, she’d let two white trash losers take that exact liberty. The same men who now starred in the blackmail video that had delivered her to this nightmare. The irony burned almost as much as her violated rectum. The shame of her infidelity flared hot in her chest, mingling with the physical humiliation of her current position until she could barely distinguish between the two pains.
Eames seemed to take her silence as confirmation. “Thought so,” he said smugly. “Wasted opportunity on hubby’s part. This ass was made to be drilled.”
He punctuated the statement with a vicious shove, sinking the remainder of his finger into her dark depths. Her back arched in response. Rough knuckles pressed snug against her stretched anus, his entire middle digit now buried in her most private passage. The fullness was overwhelming, making her feel stuffed and invaded like never before.
“There we go,” Eames murmured with sick satisfaction. “Tight as a damn vise. No wonder you walk with such a stick up your ass.”
Crude laughter erupted from his sons.
Eames then began his ‘search’ in earnest, and Kayla realized with growing horror that the initial penetration had been mere foreplay. His gnarled finger wiggled inside her rectum like some grotesque worm burrowing through earth, dry friction scraping the tender lining of her bowels.
“Gotta be thorough,” he said. “Never know what these dirty cops might be hiding in their back passages.”
Kayla’s powerful frame shuddered, dark skin gleaming with cold sweat as she fought to maintain control. Her shoulders bunched beneath the strain, corded muscle standing out like steel cables.
Eames withdrew almost completely—just the tip of his finger remaining inside her stretched opening—before jamming back in with brutal force. The sudden penetration made Kayla’s hips jerk forward against the table edge, her heavy breasts swaying against the sticky surface. A primal grunt tore from her throat—raw and animalistic, seeming to come from somewhere deeper than her vocal cords.
“Oh, she liked that,” Hoyt snickered beside her head, shotgun barrels still kissing her temple. “Listen to them noises she makes.”
Caleb chuckled from his seat. “Sounds like monkey girl’s enjoying the cave dig, Pa. Bet she’s been wanting this for a long time.”
Heat flooded Kayla’s face at their interpretation. The sounds weren’t pleasure—they were pure reaction to pain and violation, nothing more. Her body’s involuntary vocalizations as it processed the brutal invasion of her most private opening. But these degenerate fucks heard what they wanted to hear, twisted everything into evidence of arousal, of consent, of her somehow wanting this degradation.
Eames repeated the motion. Withdrawing to the first knuckle before driving deep again. This time he corkscrewed his wrist, rotating the invading digit as it plunged into her depths.
Kayla’s breath hissed, body trembling. The burn was unlike anything she’d experienced. Deeper and more invasive than any medical procedure, made worse by the complete lack of lubrication or care. Her glutes clamped down around the invading finger, muscles hard as stone trying to expel the foreign presence through sheer force.
Smack!
A sharp crack split the air as Eames’ free hand slapped her ass with savage force. The blow sent shockwaves through the firm muscle, dark skin flaring with stinging heat.
“Relax them cheeks,” he ordered, finger still buried in her rectum. “Fighting it only makes this take longer.” His voice carried a mocking tone as he added, “Unless that’s what you want—a nice long ass-reaming session to work that cop temper out? You enjoying this little inspection, Officer Price?”
“No, I’m not—Hnngh—” she started to protest, but another vicious thrust cut off her words, forcing out another grunt. “—I’m not enjoying anything about this, you sick fuck.”
“Course not,” Eames said, even as his finger pistoned in and out with increasing vigor. “Just a routine search, right officer? Nothing sexual about it.”
“Shut... up,” Kayla said, but even she heard how the words came out breathy and strained.
It all added up. The guttural grunts. The way her hips had started to rock back to meet his finger jabs. The heat building in her core despite the brutality—all irrefutable proof of how her body was betraying her. Yet she would never—could never—admit to taking pleasure from this violation. The very thought made bile rise in her throat.
Another withdrawal. Another violent thrust. Full extraction followed by complete penetration, his finger reaming her passage like he was trying to hollow her out. Each invasion tore fresh gasps from her throat despite her efforts at silence. This was starting to feel less like a legitimate search procedure and more like plain sexual assault.
“Getting real warm back here,” Eames said, working his finger in wider circles. “Body’s opening up nice. Guess you’re more accommodating than you let on, Officer.” He paused to scrape his nail against her rectal lining, causing jolts to race up her spine. “In fact, one might say it’s getting pretty spacious back here for someone who claims she don’t take it up the ass.”
“So, which is it?” Eames continued, stilling his finger at full penetration while waiting for her answer, “were you a backdoor virgin before today? Or did some lucky fellow already break you in?”
Kayla pressed her forehead against the sticky tabletop, braids soaking up more spilled stew as she struggled with the answer. The truth burned in her throat. But admitting it would only give these bastards more ammunition. “No,” she said finally, the word barely audible. “I wasn’t. I’m not… a virgin back there.”
Hoyt whistled low. “Whoowee. So it’s just hubby that don’t get any of that chocolate star, huh?”
Caleb leaned forward eagerly. “How come, Officer? He ain’t man enough to claim what’s his?”
The crude assumptions made Kayla’s stomach churn. These vile creatures wanted intimate details of her marriage, her sex life, her most private moments. They wanted to dissect her relationship with Reggie and find weakness to exploit. “That’s none of your fucking business,” she snapped.
“Everything about you is our business now,” Eames corrected, his finger resuming its slow rotation. “So why don’t you enlighten us? You spread them cheeks for white men but not your own husband? Some race-kink going on there, or just selective about who gets access to this tight little shithole? Way I see it, poor bastard’s been missing out on fucking this prime piece of real estate while you’ve been giving it away like candy to strange men. Care to explain that arrangement?”
He dared call her a racist? The irony was rich. Still, the accusation burned because it wasn’t false. Reggie—faithful, loving Reggie—had been denied what she’d surrendered in a dingy bar to white men whose names she didn’t even know. The guilt twisted like barbed wire in her chest.
Eames kept his finger still while waiting for her response, the motionless pressure somehow worse than active thrusting. Her anal muscles had clamped around the invasion, trapping his digit like a fleshy vise. The intimate connection between them made her skin crawl.
Somehow, they knew. Not the specifics—not about the two men at Bubba’s Bar who’d taken turns with her ass while she was high on cocaine—but they sensed the hypocrisy. The shame.
“Some things,” she said carefully, “are off-limits in a marriage.”
“But not outside it?” Eames pressed, his finger giving a subtle twitch.
“It’s complicated,” she managed, hating how breathless she sounded.
“I bet it is,” Eames chuckled. “Bet there’s all kinds of dirty stories hiding behind that pristine badge of yours.”
Kayla remained silent. Let them draw whatever sick conclusions they wanted. She wouldn’t give them the satisfaction of knowing how right they were.
Eames seemed content to let her marinate in shame while he continued his ‘search.’ His finger probed deeper, reaching areas that made Kayla’s vision blur.
Suddenly, that finger curved, pressing against a patch of tissue that made her want to crawl out of her own skin.
“Found it,” Eames announced with sick triumph. “Right there. That’s the spot.” He began working the area, fingertip massaging with short, circular motions.
Kayla’s entire body convulsed. Electric sensation shot through her pelvis. Her massive thighs shook uncontrollably, muscles spasming as waves of hot pleasure crashed through her system. A strangled moan escaped her throat before she could stop it.
“Damn Pa,” Hoyt burst out, eyes wide with excitement. “Look at her go!”
“Told you she was enjoying it,” Caleb added, small eyes gleaming with perverse satisfaction. “Cop bitch is getting off on being cornholed.”
Eames grinned. “Remember, boys, every slut’s got one of these little buttons. Just gotta know where to find it.”
“N-no,” Kayla gasped, voice breaking as Eames continued his assault on that insanely sensitive spot. How had she never found it before? Some cluster of nerves she’d never known existed until this moment of unwanted education. The sensation was unlike anything else, short-circuiting her brain’s ability to categorize it.
“I’m not—” Another involuntary moan cut off her protests as fresh waves of pleasure crashed through her. “—nnggaah!”
Her body shook like she’d been tasered, muscles spasming beyond control. Her hips bucked against the table’s edge, shoulders bunching and releasing in rhythmic contractions, fingers clawing at scarred wood as she fought to process the overwhelming stimulation.
The tsunami of rapture made her pelvis clench and vision blur. Her dark skin gleamed with sweat, muscle fibers trembling with the effort of fighting her body’s responses. Every nerve ending in her body seemed connected to that single point where his finger worked its perverted magic.
Eames laughed darkly, never ceasing his massage. “Your mouth says no, but your body says different, Negra. Feel how you’re clenching around my finger? How you’re shaking like a bitch in heat?”
“Please,” Kayla whimpered, the word barely audible above her labored breathing. “Please stop.”
But her pleas fell on deaf ears. Eames continued his assault, working that magic spot. Clearly, he had violated enough women to know exactly how to break them.
The stimulation was building to a crescendo she couldn’t prevent, couldn’t deny. Her breath came in desperate pants, muscles locked in preparation for what she absolutely couldn’t—wouldn’t—allow to happen.
She’d rather blow her own brains out than climax on this racist bastard’s finger. Rather bite through her own tongue than give these monsters the satisfaction of seeing her come apart. But her body wasn’t listening to her mind anymore. It was responding to biological imperatives that felt too fucking good regardless of their source. Her massive frame shuddered as the sensations built toward an inevitable crescendo. Sweat beaded between her shoulder blades, trickling down her spine as her core temperature spiked.
“That’s it,” Eames crooned, finger working faster against her sensitive spot. “Let it happen, Officer. Show us what a good little slut you really are.”
“No,” Kayla whimpered, the sound pathetic. Her proud voice—the voice that had commanded respect from criminals and colleagues alike—now reduced to broken pleas. “I won’t... I can’t... not like this…”
But the sensations were too intense, too overwhelming. Her pelvis began to spasm around Eames’ invading finger, muscles contracting in rhythms she couldn’t suppress. The pressure inside her built toward a breaking point she could no longer avoid.
Then, just as she reached the summit of an orgasm capable of leveling entire cities, Eames withdrew his finger.
The sudden emptiness was almost as shocking as the violation had been. Her abused anus snapped shut with an audible pop that made her flush with renewed humiliation.
With casual indifference—as if he hadn’t just brought her to the edge of the most insane orgasm of her life—Eames wiped his finger on her hip, just as he had after the vaginal search, leaving a second sticky trail on her skin. “Clean as a whistle,” he said. “No contraband hidden up the old dirt road.”
Kayla lay panting against the table, body trembling with aftershocks. Her dark skin was slick with sweat, every muscle tense as she struggled to process what had just happened.
“Told you,” Kayla said under labored breath. Her face pressed against the sticky tabletop as shame washed over her in waves. She’d been violated, humiliated, reduced to a quivering mess by these vile creatures. And the worst part was how her body had responded—how close she’d come to finding release in her own degradation.
She almost vomited.
“Now that we’ve established beyond any doubt I’m not wearing a wire,” she said, her voice remarkably steady despite the circumstances, “may I put my clothes back on?”
Eames considered her request for a long moment, rheumy eyes traveling up and down her naked form. His gaze lingered on the gravy streaks decorating her breasts, on the reddened handprints marking her hips and backside, on the thatch of dense curls between her thighs that his fingers had so recently violated.
“Hoyt,” he barked suddenly, “run upstairs and check her things. Our house Negra wants something to wear. And get the red rig too while you’re at it.”
A chill went down Kayla’s spine. The way he said ‘red rig’ carried an undercurrent of perversion that made her stomach clench into a tight knot. She could practically taste the sick excitement radiating from him. Whatever these backwoods racists considered appropriate attire for a black woman—especially one representing state power—couldn’t possibly be good.
“Don’t bother,” she said. “Just give me back my top and briefs.”
Eames shook his head. “You ain’t earned them back yet, Negra. Besides...” He paused, letting his gaze crawl over her naked form. “What we got planned’ll require... specialized equipment.”
Equipment? What was he up to now? More anal violation? The thought made her ass clench involuntarily, still tender and aching from his recent assault. She needed some way to decelerate this situation before things spiraled out of hand. The time for playing nice had passed. She’d tried politeness, diplomacy, even attempted negotiation, and look at how spectacularly that had backfired. The metallic taste of fear coated her tongue, but beneath it, her anger still burned hot and fierce.
“I think I’ve had enough fingers up my ass for one morning,” she said. “Unless you hillbilly fucks get off on violating restrained women.” The words hung in the stale air for a moment before she realized how utterly moronic they sounded. Of course they got off on it. That was obviously the entire fucking point.
Eames’ weathered face split into a yellow-toothed grin. “Now there’s that uppity mouth we been waitin’ to hear again.” He turned back to Hoyt, who remained seated beside him, silly smirk on his pimpled face. “Hoyt! You deaf, boy?”
Kayla watched the skinny kid practically jump out of his boots.
“Go on boy, git!” Eames barked again, his tone sharper and more impatient. “Time’s a-wastin’ and we got ourselves a schedule to keep.”
Hoyt’s face flickered with disappointment at being sent away, but he dutifully rose from the chair. His focus kept shifting between Kayla’s face and her exposed body, attention wavering with each distracting curve and muscle. “Sure thing, Pa.” He gave her naked, bent over body one last leer before he tossed the shotgun to his brother. Shuffling toward the stairs in an awkward gait, he struggled to accommodate the bulge distorting the front of his filthy overalls.
Kayla frowned. The idea of that cretin pawing through her belongings did not sit well with her. Perhaps he’d even pocket some intimate item as a souvenir.
“My bag is under the bed,” she said. Better to direct him than have him ransacking the room and potentially discovering the chamber pot she’d been forced to use this morning. That particular indignity she could at least spare herself.
Hoyt’s footsteps creaked up the stairs, leaving Kayla naked and bent over the filthy table between the two remaining men. The shotgun barrel pressed against her temple had vanished when Hoyt passed the weapon to his brother, but Caleb now held it trained on her from his seat. His pig-like eyes darted between her face and her exposed body with sick excitement.
Caleb’s free arm worked in a steady rhythm under the table, his breathing growing heavier as he watched her bent form. The sick fuck was jerking off to her humiliation, probably had been since the moment she’d stripped naked.
Knowing her degradation served as his personal pornographic theater sent fresh waves of disgust rolling through her gut. Yet she remained motionless. Attempting to stand up would only invite another demonstration of their power over her.
Eames watched her with narrowed eyes, as though seeing a different facet of her now that he’d violated her most intimate spaces. His weathered face creased into a contemplative frown. “Well now,” he drawled, “seems we got ourselves some time to kill before the boy gets back.” His eyes lingered on the gravy smears decorating her breasts and the sticky residue his fingers had left on her hips. “Ain’t right for a woman to stand idle in a man’s house. Especially not in the kitchen.”
Kayla met his gaze, raising an eyebrow.
“Since you’re gonna be staying with us a spell,” Eames continued, gesturing toward the table’s stained surface, “might as well make yourself useful. A woman should be cleaning the house, as befits her role.”
Kayla eyed the filthy table with thinly veiled disgust. The wooden surface beneath her breasts was a disgusting mosaic of filth—dried possum stew, coffee rings, cigarette ash, unidentifiable grease stains, and bits of gristle that had been accumulating for who knew how long. The smell rising from the ancient wood was nauseating, a mixture of rancid fat and rotting food that made her want to gag.
According to these prehistoric assholes, her ‘role’ was clearly dictated by what dangled—or didn’t—between her legs, regardless of the badge she carried in the world beyond this stinking hole.
What a surprise.
“There’s a sponge by the sink,” Kayla said, making no move to retrieve it. “I’ll help once I’m dressed.” The bargaining came naturally to her, a negotiation tactic she’d learned on the streets. Give a little, get a little. Find middle ground. But even as the words left her mouth, she knew they were pointless. These men had no interest in compromise.
Eames’ thin lips stretched into a mirthless smile. “Didn’t say nothing about a sponge, Negra. That cocky tongue of yours will do just fine.”
Kayla blinked, the only visible reaction she allowed herself to show. “You want me to lick the table clean.” The words emerged flat, a statement rather than a question.
“That’s right.” He gestured toward the scattered debris of their morning meal. Gravy stains, crumbs, bits of gristle, cigarette ash dusting, unidentifiable smears. “Every drop. Every crumb. Every smear. A woman should know her place—on her knees, serving her man. Or three men, in your case.”
A short, derisive laugh escaped Kayla’s throat before she could suppress it. The absurdity of his statement collided with the gravity of her situation, producing a sound sharp with contempt.
“Something funny?” Eames’ voice dropped dangerously.
“Just thinking about how disappointed your mother must be,” Kayla said. “Raising a son who can’t even teach a woman her ‘place’ without needing a gun and two grown men to back him up.”
The backhand came swift and hard, branding her cheek with enough force to rattle her skull. Stars burst behind her eyes, the coppery taste of blood blooming where her teeth had cut the inside of her mouth. The blow would have knocked a smaller woman off her feet, but Kayla’s powerful legs and boxer’s instincts absorbed the impact, keeping her upright—or rather, maintaining her bent position over the table.
“That tongue’s going to land you in deeper trouble than you can handle,” Eames said, flexing his fingers where they’d connected with her face. “Now get to it. Hands behind your back, tits on the table. I want to see that ass up high while you work.”
Kayla touched her fingertips to her split lip, examining the smear of crimson on her skin. The metallic taste of her own blood centered her somehow, cleared her thoughts. She needed to stop antagonizing these bastards. Pride wouldn’t get her out of here—strategy would.
Suddenly, the bitter truth crystallized in her mind, each wave of understanding more devastating than the last. She was truly the architect of her own destruction here—every single goddamn piece of it traced back to her choices, her weakness, her spectacular failure of judgment.
You stupid, selfish bitch, the voice in her head snarled. You walked into that dive bar like you owned the place, didn’t you? Playing the neglected housewife, batting your eyelashes at the first lowlifes who paid you attention.
Memories flooded back with sickening detail. The way she’d savored the attention, the validation she’d been starving for at home. How she’d let those strangers drug her, their hands growing bolder as her inhibitions dissolved. The camera she’d been too high and desperate to notice. The way she’d spread herself open for them like some common whore, moaning and begging while they used every hole she had.
The shame burned through her chest. Not just the unprotected sex—though that was bad enough—but the sheer stupidity of it all. The complete abandonment of every value she’d claimed to hold dear. Trusting Joe to take her to that place when every instinct should have screamed danger. Believing she could have a good time with a bunch of racist rednecks and then walk home as if nothing had happened. She’d handed her enemies the perfect weapon and gift-wrapped it with a fucking bow.
And now? Now she was trapped in a web entirely of her own weaving, with Reggie and Zoe’s lives hanging in the balance. Her daughter’s innocent face flashed through her mind—sweet, trusting Zoe who still believed her mother was a good person. The thought of that little girl discovering what mommy had done, seeing those videos…
No. The word slammed through her consciousness like a sledgehammer. Whatever it takes. Whatever they want. You made this mess, now you clean it up.
“You sure fucked up this time, Price,” she muttered, her voice gaining strength even as her soul crumbled. “Fucked up so bad there’s no bottom to how deep you’ll have to go to set things right. But you’ll do it. You’ll pay your due—every penny of it. You’ll take every sick thing they dish out because you earned this nightmare.”
She tightened her fingers around the table edges until the wood creaked with the force of her grip. Her pride? Already shattered. Her dignity? Long since forfeit. Her body? Just meat to be used until she’d paid the full price of her sins. “Every penny,” she repeated, the words a grim promise to herself. “Every fucking penny, until your family is safe.”
Without waiting for further prompting, Kayla let go of the table edges and placed her hands at the small of her back, one hand gripping the opposite wrist. The position forced her spine into a perfect arch, shoulders pulled back until her breasts jutted forward—almost the same posture she maintained during deadlift sessions at the precinct gym. It was essentially a standing plank, a position she could hold for minutes during her workouts, though usually while clothed and not being gawked at by racist voyeurs. The posture thrust her ass out behind her, creating the obscene display Eames had demanded.
“That’s it,” Eames said. “Now get them big titties flat on the wood.”
Kayla leaned lower until her face hovered inches above the scarred wood, breathing in the nauseating mixture of rancid possum stew, tobacco juice, and unwashed dishes.
Powerful glutes flexed as she tried to find balance without using her hands for support. Her elaborate rows of braids—some still sticky with whatever they’d dragged through earlier—fell forward around her face, a dark curtain that partially shielded her expression from the men. Her breasts pressed against the wood, but not enough to take the weight off her back.
“Now get that bitch-tongue to work,” Eames said, settling back to watch. “Start with that puddle of gravy right there in front of you.”
Kayla stared down at the congealed mess he’d indicated—a palm-sized pool of brown sludge that had formed around the base of what looked like a discarded chicken bone. Bits of gristle floated in the greasy liquid, mingled with cigarette ash and what looked disturbingly like a dead fly. Disgust churned in her gut. The smell was overwhelming at this distance. A toxic cocktail of decay and filth that made her gag.
This is what you deserve, the voice in her head whispered. This is what happens when a good wife and mother throws away everything for a night of selfish whoring. You made your bed with strangers. Now lick that table clean like the animal you are.
“Don’t be shy now,” Eames goaded. “You’ve had worse things in that mouth, I reckon. Judging by your talents.”
Kayla worked up saliva in her mouth, pooling it behind her teeth, then allowed it to flow forward. Her tongue emerged between full lips, pink and glistening against the obsidian backdrop of her face. Strong and wide, it stretched toward the patch of congealed stew. The wet muscle hovered for a heartbeat above the sticky surface before making contact, flattening against the tabletop.
The first contact with the cold, greasy mess sent her stomach lurching. Rancid fat, spoiled meat, the bitter tang of cigarette ash, all layered atop the musty, unwashed flavor of the table itself. Her first pass cleared an area roughly the size of a playing card. The filth collected on her tongue, thick and foul as she pulled it back into her mouth. She gagged, her powerful back muscles contracting as her body fought to reject the foulness.
“Swallow it,” Eames said.
Forcing her throat to work against the revolt of her taste buds, Kayla choked the sludge down. Her nerve centers screamed in protest, sending urgent signals of warning to her brain—this substance had gone bad, contained harmful bacteria, should not be consumed.
“That’s it,” Eames said. “Every bit. Don’t want to see a single crumb when you’re done.”
Kayla worked up more saliva to tackle the next section. Pressing her tongue flat against the wood, she dragged it across the surface in one long, firm stroke. The texture was almost worse than the flavor. Lumpy, grainy, with occasional hard bits that scraped against her palate. A few sticky patches pulled and stretched before reluctantly releasing their hold.
“Damn, look at her go,” Caleb muttered thickly, his small eyes never leaving her face. “Like a damn cow licking salt.”
“Make sure you get between them cracks,” Eames added, pointing to the spaces between the wooden planks making up the table. “That’s where all the good stuff hides.”
Kayla pointed her tongue and stabbed it into the seam where two boards met, collecting a gritty paste of ancient food particles and filth. Her stomach heaved in protest, but she forced herself to continue. As bad as it was, the degradation burned far worse than the taste.
“Work your way around to this side,” Eames commanded, patting the table beside him. “Want a closer view of that cocky cop face while you work.”
Kayla shuffled over awkwardly while making sure she stayed horizontal. Positioning herself beside Eames, she bent her head low again, resuming her disgusting task. This close, the old man’s presence was oppressive. His breath washed over her face in humid waves as he leaned closer to observe her work.
“Just like that,” he said. “Use them big Negra lips too. Suck up those stains.”
Kayla pressed her mouth against a dried stain of unidentifiable matter, sealing her lips around it and applying hard suction. Mixed with her saliva, the crud loosened into a vicious slurry, dissolving against her tongue in a burst of rancidness. She swallowed reflexively, fighting the urge to vomit.
“Good girl,” Eames said, his hand coming to rest on the back of her neck, playing with her braids. “Your husband would be proud.”
The mention of Reggie sent a fresh wave of shame crashing through Kayla’s chest. What would he think, seeing his strong, capable wife reduced to this caricature? ‘Proud’ was not the word for it.
“You getting distracted, pig?” Eames asked, noticing her pause.
His hand moved from her neck to the crown of her head. With a firm shove, he pushed her face back down to the table’s surface.
“Focus on the job,” he said. “Your kind’s supposed to be good at manual labor.”
The taunt registered distantly through Kayla’s self-loathing. Her lips pressed together as she evaluated the task before her. If she was going to do this, she might as well do it thoroughly. Not because these vermin deserved her best effort, but because half-measures weren’t in her nature. Even in degradation, Officer Kayla Price would maintain her standards.
She resumed licking, widening her tongue’s path, approaching the task with greater focus. Instead of random licks, she moved systematically across the table, treating the degrading task like a crime scene investigation. Quadrant by quadrant, she collected months—perhaps years—of accumulated filth onto her tongue. Her saliva dissolved layers of grime that might never have seen soap and water, revealing lighter patches of wood beneath.
Her braids dragged through the mess as she worked, the elaborate plaits becoming sticky with residue. The sensation of filth adhering to her carefully maintained hair added another layer of violation—her crown, her cultural statement, defiled by these men’s casual cruelty.
“Getting tired?” Eames mocked when she paused to catch her breath, pink tongue darting back behind her lips momentarily. “Thought you’d have more stamina, what with all them muscles.”
Kayla didn’t dignify the taunt with a response. She simply resumed her task, strong neck muscles bunching as she angled her head to reach further up across the table. Her broad shoulders shifted with each movement, the defined cuts of muscle bunching and flexing.
“She’s a natural,” Eames said to his son. “See how she gets her whole face into it? Born to serve, these ones.”
By now, her tongue felt raw, abraded by the rough wood and gritty debris. The taste had become a uniform foulness that coated her entire mouth, a miasma of filth she doubted would ever fully wash away. She worked her way toward the center of the table, where the worst of the breakfast mess concentrated. Her breasts dragged through the muck as she moved, nipples catching on splinters and rough patches, dusky skin collecting a fresh layer of grime with each shift of position.
“Man, look at them big titties getting all dirty,” Caleb said, his right hand still working beneath the table. “She’s gonna need a good scrubbing after this.”
The thought of these men ‘washing’ her sent a fresh chill down Kayla’s spine. She blocked the image, having enough to worry about already, focusing instead on the mechanical process at hand. Lick, swallow, move forward an inch, repeat.
The stocky man’s breath grew heavier as she drew closer to where he sat, the wet sounds of skin sliding against skin becoming more urgent from beneath the table. His small, pig-like eyes glazed over as he stared at her bare ass, raised high as she worked.
What disgusted Kayla most wasn’t that he was masturbating to her humiliation. She’d dealt with plenty of perverts throughout her career. It was that a part of her still recognized the same base hunger she’d indulged at Bubba’s Bar. The need to lose herself, to surrender to primitive urges, to feel something—anything—beyond the numbness of daily existence. As bad as these men were, she was her own worst enemy here.
Caleb wasn’t even trying to be subtle now, his arm working in plain view, though the table’s edge still concealed his cock from her sight. His face had grown flushed, a sheen of sweat making his porcine features gleam in the dim kitchen light.
“Go on, monkey girl,” he encouraged, voice thick with arousal. “Lick that dirty table clean for us.”
Kayla ignored him, though it was difficult. Her next stroke angled across a different section of the table, tongue extending to its full length to reach a particularly stubborn patch of coffee residue and what might have been egg yolk. The combination created a bitter, sulfurous paste that coated her tongue in a film of revulsion.
“What’s it taste like, officer?” Eames asked. “Describe it for us.”
Kayla lifted her head enough to speak, a string of saliva mixed with table residue stretching between her full bottom lip and the wood. “Tastes like shit,” she replied flatly, maintaining eye contact despite her compromised position.
The back of Eames’ hand cracked against her right cheek, snapping her head sideways. The blow wasn’t full-force—more warning than actual punishment—but it still sent a starburst of pain across her face.
“Try again,” he suggested, voice dangerously soft. “With proper respect this time.”
Kayla’s jaw flexed, the muscle spasm visible beneath her smooth skin. “It tastes…” she began again, measuring each word, “…like spoiled meat and rancid fat. Sir.”
Eames nodded, apparently satisfied with her compliance if not her enthusiasm. “Now keep going. That table better shine when you’re done.”
Kayla lowered her head again, resuming the task. Her agile tongue traveled in methodical swipes across the wooden surface, collecting a vile mixture of substances that no human should consume. Grease, crumbs, spilled coffee, the ashy residue of cigarettes. Each stroke removed another layer of filth. The taste in her mouth had become a complex miasma of everything she’d consumed. Bitter, sour, salty, rancid, occasionally sweet or metallic.
The strain of maintaining her position began to tell. Despite her impressive core strength, holding her torso parallel to the ground while working her neck and jaw put tremendous pressure on her lower back. A dull ache bloomed at the base of her spine, radiating outward into her hips and spreading tendrils of discomfort up through her vertebrae. Sweat beaded along her hairline, trickling down her temples to drip onto the now saliva-moistened table.
Her heavy breasts dragged across the rough wood as she worked, the friction creating a burning sensation across her still hard nipples. The contact left fresh smears across her skin, adding to the filth already decorating her torso. Each lick required her to adjust her stance slightly, thigh muscles flexing as she balanced her weight. Her braids, some now stiff with dried food residue, swayed with each movement of her head, the elegant coils she maintained with such care now soiled with redneck grease. The back of her throat burned from the mix of rancid flavors, as if particles stuck there. With no water to drink, and none offered, she simply had to endure and continue.
“So tell me, Officer Price,” Eames said, watching her tongue slide across the grime, “you any good with manual labor? I mean real work. Not just sitting pretty in that patrol car writing tickets.”
Kayla paused, her tongue mid-stroke across a darker section of wood, collecting what tasted like bacon grease mixed with cigarette ash. The combination coated her mouth in a film of smoky fat, making her stomach lurch in protest.
“Because see, we got ourselves a whole farm operation here that could use some Negra hands,” Eames continued. “Lots of heavy lifting, digging, cleaning out animal pens. The kind of work that’ll have you sweating real good by sundown.”
Kayla tried to respond but the words came out thick and slurred around the coating of filth on her tongue. “I can... handle whatever...” The rancid mixture made each syllable feel foreign in her mouth.
“What’s that? Can’t quite make that out.” Eames’ hand landed on the small of her back, rough against her sweat-damp skin. “Sounds like you got something in your mouth there, Officer. Better keep cleaning so we can have ourselves a proper conversation.”
The pressure of his palm reinforced her vulnerable position—bent over, naked, working like an animal while he stood over her in complete control.
“Course, farm work ain’t like your cushy city job,” Eames clarified, his hand sliding lower to rest on the curve of her ass. “Out here, you work till the job’s done, no matter how long it takes. Ain’t that right, Caleb?”
“Sure is, Pa,” the country boy replied, then turned to address Kayla. “See, Negra, out here we believe in personal responsibility. A person ought to know what they done wrong and what it’ll take to make it right.”
Kayla’s shoulders tensed as both men’s attention focused on her like spotlights. Their words hit too close to home. Her tongue paused at full extension, trembling slightly.
“Course,” Caleb continued, “if someone can’t bring themselves to be honest about their transgressions, well... that just makes the whole situation worse, don’t it?”
Eames’ hand gave her ass a tight squeeze to remind her of her position. “That’s right. See, we’re reasonable men, Negra. But we can’t help someone who won’t help themselves.”
Sweat beaded on Kayla’s forehead despite the cool air.
“I...” she started, then stopped, her voice barely a whisper.
“Speak up now,” Caleb prompted. “Can’t hear you over there. You’ve been a lyin’, cheatin’ little monkey, haven’t you? Need to make amends now, clean that dirty record. Start afresh.”
“Yeah. Something like that,” she admitted grudgingly, resuming her licking. The table before her still had substantial areas untouched by her cleaning efforts. At this rate, her back would give out before she finished.
“On that note, Negra,” Eames continued, “what do you think your punishment should be for whatever it was you did? What would be… appropriate atonement?”
“I’m sure you and Joe have that all figured out,” Kayla replied between strokes of her tongue. The filth had formed a thick paste in her mouth, coating her teeth and gums with grit and slime. She fought the urge to spit. It would only defeat the purpose and earn her more grief.
“Oh, we do,” Eames confirmed, his hand fully cupping one cheek of her ass, fingers digging into the firm muscle. “But I’m curious what a police officer thinks fair punishment looks like. You folks deal out justice every day, don’t you? What’s the going rate for a dirty cop these days?”
Kayla’s tongue encountered something hard embedded in a sticky patch of dried gravy. A bone fragment, perhaps, or a piece of gristle from the possum stew. She worked at it with her chipped incisor, scraping it loose from its adhesive prison.
“Justice and punishment aren’t the same thing,” she managed, dislodging the object and swallowing it with a grimace.
“Philosophical,” Eames said. “Didn’t take you for the thinking type.”
The comment might have stung if it hadn’t been so predictable. The assumption that her physical capability somehow precluded intellectual depth was one she’d encountered throughout her career from suspects and colleagues alike.
“Guess I’m full of surprises,” she muttered.
The comment earned her a sharp slap across her exposed ass, the crack echoing in the kitchen. Kayla bit back a yelp as fresh pain bloomed across her bottom.
“You know what I think?” Eames said. “I think a woman who betrays her husband, her badge, and herself needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. Stripped down to nothing, then reassembled proper.”
Kayla kept working, trying not to listen. The table was about half-cleaned now, the wood visibly different where her tongue had removed layers of crud.
“And that’s what we do here at Redemption Farm,” he went on, his voice taking on that same religious fervor she’d heard from his son earlier. “We break people down to their essential parts, find what’s worth saving, discard the rest.”
“I’m not broken,” Kayla said. She had fucked up, true. Made the worst mistake of her life that night. But that didn’t warrant a mental do-over.
Eames’ hand tangled in her braids, yanking her head up. Pain lanced through her scalp as he forced her to look at him, neck craned at an uncomfortable angle while she still bent at the waist.
“Not yet,” he agreed, studying her face with disturbing intensity. “But you will be. By the time Joe comes back for you, you’ll be a different woman entirely.”
Kayla met his gaze without flinching, even as tears of pain gathered at the corners of her eyes from the brutal grip on her hair. “You can try,” she said simply.
The challenge hung between them. Eames’ leathery face creased into a smile that held no warmth, only anticipation.
“You’ve got spirit. I’ll give you that,” he said, releasing her hair with a shove that nearly sent her face-first into the table. “It’ll make breaking you all the sweeter.”
Kayla returned to her task. The table was nearly two-thirds clean now, her methodical approach paying dividends despite the physical toll.
“Your husband know you’re here?” Eames asked suddenly, changing tack. The question caught Kayla off-guard.
“No,” she admitted after a moment. “He thinks I’m out of town to rest up after a tough case.”
“Must be hard,” Eames mused, “building a life on lies. Telling your family you’re one thing when you’re really another.”
Kayla paused, the taste of filth momentarily forgotten as his words struck home. The double life she’d been leading—respected officer and mother by day, unfaithful wife and reckless coke-head by night—had been unsustainable. The nightmare she found herself in now was simply the inevitable collapse of her house of cards.
“We all have secrets,” she finally said.
The last third of the table still awaited her attention. A vile collection of stains and spills that sat against the wall, creating a crusty ridge where vertical met horizontal.
“True enough,” Eames acknowledged. “But most folks’ secrets don’t land them bent naked over a stranger’s kitchen table, licking up filth.”
He had her there. Kayla worked silently, focusing on the mechanical action of tongue against wood, the steady progression from soiled to clean. Her back screamed in protest, the muscles along her spine threatening to seize. Her abdominals burned with the effort of maintaining her horizontal position, sweat now flowing freely down her flanks.
“Hold up Negra,” Caleb’s reedy voice cut through her concentration. “You missed a spot.”
Kayla looked around. “Where?”
The stocky man hawked loudly, gathering phlegm from deep in his throat with a wet, guttural sound. His chest heaved as he worked up a substantial amount of mucus, then leaned forward, expelled it in a thick, gelatinous glob that landed with a splat directly in front of her face onto a section of table she’d just cleaned.
The beefy loogie spread across the table—a yellowish mass streaked with brown, glistening obscenely.
“There,” he said.
Kayla’s stomach lurched. Her dark eyes flicked up, meeting Caleb’s porcine gaze with a level stare that would have made hardened criminals step back on the street. Her arms tensed behind her back, fingers digging into her wrist as she fought the urge to straighten up and drive her fist into his smirking face. For a heartbeat, naked defiance radiated from her frame. An instinctive reaction from a woman who’d spent years ensuring no man disrespected her without consequence.
“You heard the boy,” Eames said. “Clean it up.”
Kayla closed her eyes briefly, centering herself, swallowing her outrage. You promised yourself to get through this. So get through it. When she opened them again, nothing had changed. The loogie sat quivering on the wood, viscous and opaque. Kayla’s nostrils flared as she inhaled sharply, disgust washing through her in waves.
Her eyes locked anew onto Caleb’s pig-like ones, maintaining contact. Bringing her face directly above the expelled mucus, she extended her tongue fully, the strong muscle stretching to its limit as she lowered her head. The tip connected with the edge of the slimy puddle, drawing a thin strand upward in a grotesque thread. The taste was vile. Salty, bitter, tinged with the acrid bite of tobacco and the sour undertones of poor dental hygiene.
Fighting back her gag reflex, Kayla worked her tongue beneath the loogie, scooping up its center mass in one fluid motion. The viscous substance clung tenaciously, stretching between wood and tongue in glutinous strands that refused to break cleanly. She persisted, sweeping her cupped tongue in expanding circles to collect every particle, every droplet, leaving nothing behind.
Without breaking eye contact with Caleb, she pulled the disgusting mass into her mouth, the distinctive flavor of another human’s body fluids mingling on her palate.
Warm, slippery, the glob quivered on the center of her tongue. Kayla breathed through her nose, fighting down nausea. Her throat worked visibly as she closed her mouth and swallowed, forcing the slime past her natural reflexes. A slight grimace was her only concession to disgust, a momentary tightening around her eyes.
“There,” she said. “Cleaned up your nasty-ass spit. Hope it tasted better coming out than going in.”
Caleb’s eyes widened at her direct stare. Clearly, he hadn’t expected compliance, especially not with such intense eye contact. His hand worked faster beneath the table.
The sight of her—this powerful, beautiful black woman bent naked over the kitchen table, licking up his spit while maintaining stark eye contact—was apparently more than his limited self-control could withstand.
With a choked grunt, he tossed the shotgun over to his father and stood up with such force that his chair toppled over. His overalls were already unbuttoned, pushed down to mid-thigh. His swollen penis finally came into view, filling Kayla’s vision. It jutted outward—an ugly thing, short but thick, crooking to one side, with a bulbous purple head and angry veins running along its pale shaft.
Caleb took a step forward, positioning himself at the edge of the table directly in front of her face. The bare head of his cock bobbed mere inches from her eyes, a bead of cloudy pre-ejaculate glistening at its tip. The musky scent of unwashed male genitals wafted thickly into her nostrils. His hand worked furiously along the shaft, the motion almost a blur as his excitement peaked.
Rather than close her eyes or turn away, Kayla fully embraced the confrontation. She remained in position, back horizontal, hands locked at the base of her spine. Extending her tongue between full lips, she pointed it at his weeping tip, and stared up the length of his body to lock eyes with him.
The display of apparent eagerness—this powerful black woman seemingly welcoming his climax—pushed Caleb over the edge.
“Fuuu…uuuuh….here it comes, pig,” he groaned, his small eyes narrowing to slits as orgasm overtook him. One hand gripping his shaft, the other bracing against the table. “Gonna—”
His body convulsed, pent-up seed erupting in pulsing jets. The first spurt caught Kayla straight in the face, a hot, thick rope splatting across her forehead and right eye. She flinched instinctively but forced herself to remain in position, hands still locked behind her back, tits still pressed to the table, mouth open.
Another pulse followed, this one arcing high above her head to land among her braids, pearly droplets clinging to the intricate patterns and dripping down the back of her neck. The warm fluid traced a path down her spine, joining the sweat gathered in the hollow between her shoulder blades.
A third blast hit her left cheek, sliding down toward her mouth in a viscous trail. The fourth spurt shot straight into her open mouth, laid itself lengthwise across her tongue, all the way to the back of her throat. She stifled the gag reflex as soon as it triggered. The warm fluid pooled in her mouth, thick and bitter, slowly sliding back toward her throat.
Caleb’s orgasm seemed to last forever, his stubby cock producing an improbable volume of fluid. Each pulse painted another streak across Kayla’s stoic features, decorating her proud African-American features until her face glistened with cheap redneck semen.
Throughout the assault, Kayla never moved. Never closed her eyes. Never withdrew her tongue. She took each spurt without visible reaction, allowing his sticky seed to mark her features. Not because she enjoyed it. But because she’d made her decision to endure whatever was necessary to get those videos back, and even this was part of the cost.
Still, the degradation burned like acid in her soul. To be used so carelessly, marked like territory. It struck at core aspects of her identity as a woman, as a police officer, as a fucking human being deserving basic dignity.
When the last weak spurt dribbled onto the table, Caleb stumbled back, his breath coming in labored gasps. “Ooh...shit,” he wheezed, staring down at her seed-streaked face with a mix of awe and unease. “Fucking shit.”
Something about Kayla’s composure, her unflinching acceptance, seemed to unsettle him. As if he’d expected tears, revulsion, broken submission. Her stoic endurance somehow diminished his triumph.
Eames chuckled from his chair. “Boy shot his load like he ain’t seen a woman in years.” He nodded toward Kayla, whose face and chest now dripped with his son’s release. “Gotta say, it suits ya.”
Kayla remained motionless, cum dripping slowly down her forehead, catching in her eyebrows, trailing along her cheekbones. A substantial glob hung from her thick bottom lip, threatening to fall onto the table she’d just cleaned. The taste filled her mouth—bitter, chlorine, uniquely male—but she kept her features composed beneath the sticky mask.
“Swallow it,” Caleb demanded, his post-climax confidence returning. “All of it.”
Resuming eye contact with Caleb through sperm-heavy lashes, Kayla closed her mouth, collecting what had landed on her tongue. She swallowed audibly, the muscles of her throat working beneath dark skin. Then, with deliberate provocativeness, she extended her long tongue once more, collecting what hung from her lip in a slow, comprehensive sweep and swallowed again.
His weak degenerate seed tasted like shit. No surprise there. She made no move to wipe away the mess coating her face, refused to acknowledge the warm fluid oozing down her skin.
“That the best you got?” she said through she slimy aftertaste. “A few pumps and a dribble? No wonder your daddy keeps you boys locked up on this farm. Wouldn’t want the local girls finding out what a disappointment you are.”
Eames let out a cackling laugh from his chair. “She’s got you pegged, boy! Quick-trigger Caleb strikes again!”
Caleb’s face flushed red. His spent member wilted in his hand, shrinking back to an unimpressive nub. The black stare Kayla received from him made her glad Eames had the gun, or she might have been executed right then and there. The mental image of her naked dark body covered in cum and blood spread like a carcass on their kitchen table made her reaffirm her personal vow of compliance. She couldn’t die like that. Nothing was worth such an ignominious demise.
“Though I gotta say, Officer,” Eames said. “You swallowed that down like you’ve had plenty of practice. Guess that’s how you earned those promotions, ain’t it?”
Kayla raised her upper body enough to meet Eames’ gaze. Semen dripped from her forehead down her nose, gathering at the tip before falling to the table in thick droplets. She itched to deny that accusation, but her job wasn’t finished yet. As if the cumshot had been a mere intermission, she continued her table licking.
“That’s a good Negra. I think she’s finally beginning to know her place.”
Kayla reached the last section of table. Her tongue, raw from repeated contact with the rough wood, collected the final traces of debris. She paused to look over her work. The table wasn’t clean by any normal standard. The wood remained stained and discolored from years of abuse. But it was free of surface debris, the dirty mess now residing in her stomach instead.
“Done,” she announced, her voice rough from exertion and the foulness coating her throat.
Eames circled the table, inspecting her work with exaggerated care. His yellowed fingernail scraped across several spots, testing for residue. He nodded slowly.
“Not bad,” he said. “You can stand up now.”
The permission came not a moment too soon. Kayla’s back had reached its breaking point, muscles trembling violently from the prolonged strain. She straightened slowly, vertebrae popping in protest as she returned to vertical. Blood rushed from her head, creating a momentary dizziness that she weathered with practiced calm, never moving her hands from behind her back.
The muscles across her shoulders bunched and released, working out the tension. Her mouth tasted like a landfill. Of everything vile and spoiled this perverted family had consumed over decades, laced with the chlorine saltiness of redneck cum.
Looking down at the large section of table she’d cleaned, Kayla felt a perverse sense of accomplishment. The wood actually did shine compared to what it had looked before.
Her lips and chin glistened with traces of table grime and cum. She worked her tongue against the roof of her mouth, trying to dislodge the film of filth that coated her teeth and gums. Semen itched on her skin, beginning to tighten as it dried. Yet even soiled and degraded, Kayla stood with the inherent dignity of the modern warrior she was.
She would remember every detail. Caleb’s face contorted in pleasure, Eames’ approving grin, the texture of filth on her tongue, the smell of masculine arousal mixed with stale tobacco and possum stew. She would store it away as motivation, as fuel for the vengeance that would eventually come.
Because Officer Kayla Price did not forget.
And she never, ever forgave.
