Chapter 19 of 20

The Gift

Joshua woke not with a start, but with a slow, reluctant drift back towards consciousness. The clinic was quiet, the only sound the soft hiss of a humidifier. The first thing he registered was the pain. It was a dull, persistent ache centered in three distinct places: his throat, his mouth, and his groin. He tried to swallow, and a sharp, searing pain shot through his neck, a raw, burning sensation that stole his breath.

The nurse entered, her expression serene. She saw he was awake and offered a small, placid smile. He opened his mouth to ask what had happened, to speak, to make any sound at all, but only a dry, painful rasp of air escaped. Panic, cold and sharp, seized him. He tried again, forcing the air from his lungs, but there was nothing. No voice. No sound. The scream that built in his mind was a silent, impotent thing.

The nurse held up a hand, her gesture both calming and commanding. She touched a finger to her own lips, then shook her head. "No voice," she said, her English clear and gentle. "New owners require silence. I operated on your vocal cords. They are... separated. You will not speak again."

The words washed over him, a tidal wave of finality. No voice. The last weapon he had, the last tool of his inner self, was gone. He was truly, irrevocably silenced.

She picked up a small, hand-held mirror from a tray and held it in front of his face. "Stick out your tongue," she instructed.

His body, the traitor, obeyed. He extended his tongue, and in the mirror, he saw them. Two large, silver studs pierced his tongue horizontally, one near the tip, one further back. They glinted in the soft light, foreign and monstrous. They were the source of the soreness, the reason his tongue felt thick and unwieldy.

The nurse moved the mirror down his body. He was naked, covered by a thin sheet. She pulled it away. "And now," she said, her voice still maddeningly calm, "for your... redirection."

He looked at his cock and felt a wave of nausea. It was no longer his. It had been pierced multiple times. A thick, steel ring circled the base, anchored deep in the flesh. But the most horrifying change was the angle. His penis had been surgically altered, bent sharply downwards, and locked in that position. The head, now pointing towards the floor, was pierced by another large ring, which was padlocked to the ring at the base. It was an anti-erection device of biological engineering, a permanent, painful chastity that was part of him now. He could never become hard again without tearing himself apart.

Three days later, he was deemed ready for presentation. He was bathed and dressed in a simple, black silk yukata. The nurse led him, not on a leash, but with a firm hand on his arm, into a large, opulent room decorated in a fusion of traditional Japanese and ultra-modern styles.

Mr. Tanaka was there, standing by a window, but he was not the focus. A woman sat on a low divan. She was young, perhaps no older than thirty, exquisitely beautiful, with the same obsidian eyes as her husband. She was Mr. Tanaka's wife, and Joshua was not a gift to him but to her. This was her domain.

She rose as he entered. She was smaller than he, delicate, but as she walked towards him, power radiated from her in waves. It was a cold, imperious energy that dwarfed the room. She circled him slowly, her gaze a physical touch, stripping him, assessing him. She stopped in front of him, her expression unreadable. She pointed to the floor at her feet.

Joshua sank to his knees, the movement fluid and automatic, the result of months of brutal training. She extended one foot, encased in a delicate silk slipper. He knew what was required. He leaned forward and pressed his lips to the soft fabric, a gesture of absolute, utter submission.

The next two days were an education in a new kind of hell. Elaine and Cordelia had been cruel, but their cruelty had been fueled by ego and a desire for control. This woman, Akiko, was different. Her torture was born of a profound, artistic boredom. She was an aesthete of pain, a connoisseur of suffering.

He was forced to stand for hours, his arms bound above his head, while she practiced her calligraphy on his body with a brush dipped in a stinging, acidic ink. The characters would burn into his skin, leaving faint, temporary scars that she would admire before ordering them washed off for the next composition.

She discovered his pierced tongue. She would sit before him, spreading her legs, and use the studs to pleasure herself, forcing him to service her with the metal in his mouth, his own saliva mixing with her arousal as he fought the urge to gag. The studs were abrasive, and they tore at the delicate flesh, leaving his tongue raw and bleeding, but she did not stop until she was satisfied.

His modified cock was a source of endless fascination for her. She would tie him spread-eagled and use a small, vibrating wand on the locked, bent shaft. He could feel the stimulation, a maddening, deep buzz that his body desperately tried to respond to, but the surgical alteration and the piercing made it impossible. The pressure would build, a painful, impotent ache in his prostate and balls with no hope of release. It was a torture of pure frustration, and she would watch his face, a small, cruel smile on her lips, as his body trembled with the agony of a denied orgasm.

She used his ass with a similar artistic flair. She had a collection of dildos, each one different in shape, size, and material. She would bind him in different, painful positions, and fuck him with them, not for her own pleasure, but to see the different ways his body would react, to study the sounds he couldn't make, the sweat that beaded on his forehead, the way his muscles would clench and spasm. He was a living canvas for her sadistic curiosity. He was no longer Joshua Robinson, the CEO, the fighter, the man. He was a voiceless thing, a plaything for a bored wife, and his suffering was her art.
